I went in today around 4 am to pick up half dozen donuts for my fam to wake up to. The lady who helped me gave me 4 that were already there and 2 from the back (fresh bash) once everyone woke up 4 donuts were hard except for the 2 fresh ones. I called to see if those can be replaced and the lady who answered said had I said something there before I left the store they could have switched them for fresh ones but since I left they can’t. Seriously! I asked if I was supped to bite all the donuts before I left for product check. And requested to speak to the owner and said she was the manager and could offer me 2 donuts but that’s all she can do. I told her the donuts were here and I can bring them back but she said no 2 is all she can do. For the almost $12 for half a dozen to get stale donuts is crazy! Make sure you all request fresh donuts or try the whole box before you walk out moving forward!

I went here last week after my lab appointment. They are fast and in less than 10 min they got me my donuts and coffee. In fairness, I like the Coffee latte cheaper $2.69 small and it did not make my stomach hurt. The servers were, John, Kevin, Claudia and the person making the donuts is Isaac. Better value and better products and service than Starbucks, no offense. They are also open early and close late. They have sandwiches and bagels but I didn’t have much time so donuts and coffee was good enough for me that Friday, September 26 around 8:00am.

I used to go this Yum Yum Donuts when i was a kid and now I am close to sixty.
All of the donuts i have are all compared to Yum yum donuts.
Its been many years since i have had one of their cinnamon rolls and lets just say they did not let me down.
The staff are extremely polite and friendly. If you like donuts and you are in the area make sure you get to Yum Yum’s because they are truly Yummy

Five stars for Kevin and his service, the donut assortment & stock at 2pm on a Thursday, & the clean atmosphere.
There were 4 people ahead of me in line waiting to order & Kevin apologized as he was by himself. Props to you Kevin for being incredibly polite and efficient to every customer. This place gets busy as two others walked in after me. He tended to all of us quickly.
I’ve never seen a donut shop fully stocked in the afternoon on a weekday. Perhaps they continually make the donuts throughout the day, which is a huge plus! I always encounter donut stores that are low stock on donuts by the afternoon. Such a huge variety and the dozen donuts package is a great deal.
Store was clean and had nice air conditioning + indoor seating for this hot day.
Iced vanilla coffee is taste & the Bavarian cream donut is a dream! Highly recommend Yum Yum Donuts.

Overall, my experience at this store was good, but there was a particular issue that left me puzzled. While waiting in line, I noticed three cinnamon rolls on display, one notably larger than the other two. When it was my turn, I ordered a dozen donuts and inquired about adding the cinnamon roll. Surprisingly, I was informed that it couldn’t be included with the dozen donuts, despite seeing them available and additionally, I’ve previously added cinnamon rolls without any issue… However, just moments before, another customer ahead of me was able to add two cinnamon rolls to their dozen.
This created me some confusion in my customer experience….

Stockton because it was too late to go to Einstein’s Bagel so I went to Yum Yum Donuts and they had a sesame seed and plain Bagels that were very delicious plus I bought a half a dozen of donuts. The Donut Shop is nice and clean and all the cashiers are very cheerful and nice

So they advertise 24 hrs, awesome but what’s not awesome is they don’t have any damn donuts. I walk in at 10:30pm to buy a dozen donuts and what do I see (or don’t see)? I see tray after tray of nothing -empty. I ask what happened and the lady says it’s Sunday and it’s late. Really? You say you’re open 24 hrs 7 days a week what does it matter that is Sunday or that it’s 10:30pm that’s what open 24/7 means. You are supposed to be stocked with the product you peddle.
