I ordered a marinated tuna and spicy salmon poke burrito, and wow, this thing was massive. They absolutely loaded it up with seaweed salad, whipped cream cheese, spicy mayo, eel sauce, tempura flakes, avocado and more. It was basically like eating a humongous piece of sushi, and I mean that in the best possible way. Pro tip: make sure you get the spicy soy sauce on the side. Especially if you are like me and hate mixing Wasabi and soy.
I’ve only had poke a couple times before, once in Hawaii (which is obviously hard to beat) and once in Knoxville, which was decent. This place definitely ranks at the top of my list in Johnson City. I also added a bowl of miso soup, which was simple but really tasty and comforting. This was enough food to make a couple meals for me.
All together my bill was around $18, which I thought was very fair for the portion size and quality. Fresh, filling, and flavorful! I’ll absolutely be back.

Since we literally tried poke a week ago in Hawaii, we remember how it should taste, and this isn’t it. Not to say its horrible, but we didn’t like the taste of the seaweed salad and the fish just wasn’t as good. Not to mention the spicy tuna is just goop, tuna chopped up and mixed with spicy sauce, so its not even accurate.

Fresh, fast, healthy, delicious food in a very nice, clean atmosphere. This place never misses. We got the Wasabi Yuzu Salmon bowl and the Hawaiian Classic bowl this time. 10/10 recommend these options and anything else on the menu.

This has been one of our favorite places as a family for over a year. Always friendly staff, always clean, and the food is always amazing. I recommend getting extra of sweet shoyu as your sauce! It’s a mix of lightly sweet and salty. It’s perfect on the white rice!

So good. Love the food here. There’s a ton of ingredient options to meet anyone’s dietary needs or preferences. They have predetermined recipe choices, but being able to create your own custom combinations is especially appealing to me. I will definitely stop by again next time I’m in Johnson City. Highly recommended!

I was confused on how to order at first but it’s like Chipotle were you start at the far end and choose your base (salad, bowl, or burrito) pick the proteins, then the other toppings, and then the sauce. You can get sides as well and then pay at the register. They were very nice with helping me learn how to order. I got a sushi burrito and seaweed salad and it was delicious.

Had a poke bowl and it was so good! Also got bubble tea. Tea tasted great. Think I would get tapioca pearls next time as I was not a fan of the popping beads. Great servers, delicious food. Definitely will visit again
