I was impressed by the variety of food that was available here, from popular Asian dishes to sushi and a Mongolian grill.
I went for the seafood but found that to be slightly disappointing, the crab was a bit dry and some of the shrimp was overcooked until it was a paste, but the cleaner and mussels were great.
The dessert bar leaves a bit to be desired, so you don’t come here for that, and although it’s a buffet they charge a dollar for ice cream.
But overall for the price this was a great meal and there is no way you can try everything, so I’ll be back to have what I missed, maybe a few times.
The service was friendly and great.

Very good buffet. Quite a bit of variety and a lot of different dishes to choose from. The grill is very good with large pieces of beef that they can grill up for you. Will come again.

We went to celebrate youngen 13th birthday here and we were pretty deep so they put us in the side room, we had a good time the food was cool. The waitress thought we were going to run out, so that wasn’t cool. We were over charged on 2 of our tickets she couldn’t really get things right with us because she was so scared we were going to dine and dash. No!!! boo boo, that’s not us. When we all paid she just kept thanking us. She was so weird.

Quality mostly good. Almost all the hot prepared foods were on the salty side, and with some kind of sauce.
Good: shrimp & veg, green beans, Teriyaki chicken (was labeled as fried shrimp), fried calamari, mushrooms from beef w/black bean sauce (but not the beef- was tough and chewy), and rice noodles.

Ok: baked fish, chili chicken. Shu Mai. Grilled chicken.

Pass: pork chop- good favor but lots of fat& gristle;

Didn’t try: hibachi, Fried foods (incl those with a sauce), peel your own shrimp, salad bar, soups, desserts or sushi.

Very busy even on a Th after 1pm, and very warm.
Bathroom disgusting. Handicap stall in men’s room, urine all over the floor.

Service was excellent. They picked up used plates quickly.

The traffic in this area is terrible.
Was difficult getting there and out.

Overall ok, but I prefer my place over at the Tracy mall.

A new experience.

The price is good and food tastes good. In the beginning I had a good feeling for the first impression but it changed gradually. The reasons I didn’t like after 5 minutes

1. Hibachi guy burnt my food and didn’t even apologize. It was like eating charcoal. Our other dish was burnt too. There was another guys food on the plates that was smoking as well! This all happened after 20 minutes waiting.

2. The sushi bar had a good variety but the guy behind the counter was like I’m insulting them or something. For two times I asked where are the cooked sushi and he very vaguely waved his hand. When I looked in those areas I could visibly see the sushi was raw.

SUSHI TASTED BAD!

3. I’m a seafood person and I love the smell but others with me were getting annoyed by strong smell of seafood. It would have been better for them to have a better ventilation so ppl can sit and relax enjoying their food.

4. Number of selections are less than any other similar places I’ve ever visited.

On the good side, as I said, I love seafood and I really enjoyed their variety of items. All tasted delicious and if you love seafood too this is a good place. It’s more toward Chinese style rather than western or Americanized.

It was a super busy restaurant which is a good sign that the food is fresh and nothing is left over.

I would have given a 5 stars but due to customer service. The food was awesome and pretty clean place. Only thing I didn’t like was she didn’t understand what ask of her. My friend complained at end when we found out the drinks was not included in the buffet price. If wasn’t included, we would had order water. The manager step in told us the “they will take it off but the waitress will have pay for our drinks out her pocket”. That’s where I didn’t like. Do not tell us about what you will do later, that’s not our problem. If your waitress has to pay for her mistake, it should be between you and her. That’s was very unprofessional of the manager. I have noticed that Asian restaurants do not like to take responsibility of a mistakes was done but will have the employee pay for the mistakes. This has been done in front before. I found it to be rude and unprofessional. I highly dislike it. Do I recommend this place? Yes, the food great but make sure that person who is serving you understand what you asking. Would I go back maybe not, the way the manager handle things. The manager didn’t even apologize for inconvenience. It’s like they don’t care if they loss customers. Oh, by the way, this was our FIRST time trying this place and this what we got.

I’ve been to many Asian inspired buffets but this is definitely top tier.

Things I liked:

1) very very clean, like shiny clean walls and floors and countertops etc

2) excellent bbq for noodles and all

3) waiters are great (speak amazing mandarin too!)

4) not loud or out of context , well kept and cordial establishment

5) very organized

Will return, especially since it’s 15$!

Haven’t been here since pre-CVD so about five years ago! Prices have gone up but not significantly which was surprising. I think it was $12.99 or so when I last ate here. Now it’s $14.99 Mon to Sat for lunch which is pretty good considering that at any other sit down restaurant, 1 dish would set you back $15 or more. There were 8 of us total with 4 being (very obviously over 65 y.o.) seniors and 2 adults and 1 kid over 12 and 1 under 12 and they missed 2 of the seniors. When my in laws pointed that out, they said if you don’t ask, they don’t apply the senior discount, so that’s why they only included my in laws bc we asked them if they still do the senior discount while we were waiting for my parents to arrive. So they only counted my in-laws. Anyways, the lady ended up giving $3 cash back to my Mil for the 10% discounts for my parents, it’s really not much just $1.49 a senior.

The food was pretty good and plentiful, lots of variety. I had a lot of sushi rolls and nigiri. My kids liked the Mongolian grill the best, but they also enjoyed the sushi and dessert sections. The hot Chinese food section was pretty decent. You can see my fil was in buffet heaven as he’s usually very restricted in his diet, he loaded up his plate like there’s no tomorrow. We all did pretty good and enjoyed the food. I thought the variety was really quite extensive. The flan was better than home made ones I’ve had so that was notable, also the kiwi and pineapples were both good and I don’t often have those fruits so I had some for the VitC . Overall, it was good and it was nice that even on a Saturday being on the weekend after Thanksgiving for lunchtime, it was still the same as weekday lunch rate. Dinner is more, but we’d not come after dark here anyways as it’s not the safest area and it’s best not to eat that much in the evening.
