The food and ambiance is very genuine Japanese. The food is very good and generously served. The tempura is a must at Yuki. Well priced as well. My only complaint is the use of vegetable oil instead of rice bran, sunflower, peanut etc or any other oil that doesn’t have a lingering taste. The mackerel had a strong fishy taste. Abstain if you don’t like fishy taste. Their miso is really nice as it is served boiling hot. In many places the miso soup is served tepid. Service was efficient and attentive.

I stumbled upon this place after work one afternoon and was starving, so glad I did! Their bento is amazing—generous portions and everything tastes so fresh and delicious. Definitely hit the spot. Can’t wait to come back again!

This is our first time here and the place was packed. There are ample parking space in front of the restaurant so you should have no trouble finding a spot. Ambience-wise, the restaurant is clean, relaxing and modern but in my opinion, the lighting is a bit too dark for my liking as I prefer a slightly brighter environment so that I can clearly see the food that is being served.
Aside from the friendly staffs and wonderful service, the sushi and sashimi are fresh and delicious. Some of our dishes took a bit longer than others to be served but that is understandable when considering how crowded the place was at the time.
The food prices aren’t the cheapest in terms of Japanese food but it is still in the reasonable range. All-in-all, we enjoyed your time here and would not mind coming again.

My favourite go-to Japanese restaurant in Perth. It’s been over 10 years now since I first ate at Yuki, and hubby and I keep coming back. Never had a bad meal here. Food is superb and service is excellent. Their beef teppanyaki is our absolute favourite – highly recommend. I have yet to find another Japanese restaurant in Perth that does beef teppanyaki the same or similar to Yuki. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. Same with their beef sushi. Yuki has honestly ruined us for eating beef sushi elsewhere. Definitely book (or eat early) if you want a table because it fills up fast.

Absolutely incredible food! Everything served at our family dinner was so fresh, so well cooked and just so authentic. The tempura was our personal favourite but everything was truly so delicious and we absolutely LOVED the quality of our bento boxes, so filling and so tasty!!

DELICIOUS FOOD! LOVELY STAFF! AND QUICK SERVICE! I came with six of my friends, and ordered 20 different meals and came in a good range with each other with 20 to 30 minutes. I can’t wait to come back and will definitely come back soon. But the only thing I would change is the weight of the bathroom doors. I just had a little bit of trouble with that.

Probably the best $25 Bento I’ve had in Perth. Everything tasted so good. My palate was balanced perfectly with the varied flavours. All the ingredients tasted high-quality and fresh. You know when they include 2 sushi pieces with the bento but the sushi is average/poor quality? None of that here. Sushi in the bento was quality and delicious. The environment is so cozy and aesthetic and the staff are all smiles and positive energy.
