I brought my family here for a quick bite. The kids wanted sushi so we wanted to try a new spot near home. It was an early evening, the place was not crowded at all, few small families enjoying their meals. When we entered the waitress wasn’t too welcoming, just pointed to a table when she asked how many in our party. We sat and only ordered sushi. The sushi was pretty good. Fish tasted good, decent size rolls amd they looked great as well. The waitress seemed annoyed, she was the only one serving maybe it was an off day for her. We’ll probably give this place another shot. Worth checking out if your in the area

Always delicious! Ordered the bentonite box with 3 dishes. Chicken teriyaki is always amazing! I Love the spider roll and Alaska roll. The best sushi place in Hayward!

The foods are great and we love it. I ordered spider roll and another baked salmon roll, which is not the best but the spider roll is great. The price is pretty decent as well. Would be back again one day.

I don’t know why the lady (waitress) is too mean and rude..she is not even trying to be nice.. food is good but BAD really BAD customer services. We trying to be patient with her but she makes us feel very uncomfortable. She roles his eyes when you ask for something. If this place really want to continue in business they have to pay attention what their customers are saying. Also, why are you charging for the containers to take your leftovers home? Please do better. I will never come back.

Im sure there are a few sushi places in Hayward to choose from but if you’re like me n love the traditional mixed with a lil innovation then here is where you wanna be. Prices are comparable and the food is what I look to expect, if you haven’t tried them here yet do yourself a favor and do it.

We stopped here and the sushi was really fresh, that I’m atmosphere was really nice and our server was attentive. I would say the only drawback is not having any type of paper or laminated menu given some people actually leave their phones in their car so they can enjoy their date.

Just started coming to this place. Love the miso soup, California rolls were excellent and fresh. Prices are good. This place seems quiet versus loud and busy. I would highly recommend it. This is definitely my new spot for quick, quality japanese.

My experience at Yuki Hana Sushi was extremely upsetting. Since the moment we walked in, the customer service has been terrible. We were not greeted, and the server was mean. Our server was a lady who was very unfriendly. To be honest, my family and I felt discriminated against. When we were ordering, our server kept rolling her eyes at us and seemed annoyed when we asked for something. We did not feel welcomed at all; it was an odd feeling, and my children were uncomfortable. The food arrived quickly, was somewhat fresh, but not particularly tasty. Again, the food was not the best, but there were plenty of it. I’m not sure if this lady was having a bad day or if she is unhappy at work; if so, she should do something else. Better yet, perhaps some customer service training so that you can serve a diverse group of customers.
