Came here for a great omakase night . We select the uni craze omakase 10 courses ($130) and everything came out carefully crafted with uni. Such great quality and excellence . The chefs were amazing and such great conversations. We enjoyed everything there and drinks with the chefs also . Highly recommended if you wants an omakase night.

8.5/10 The staff was warm and welcoming, the food was all delicious and of the highest quality. Best Uni we’ve ever had and the Foie Gras course was outstanding. In comparison to Tatsu this experience seemed a bit more rushed and slightly less “personal” but overall highly recommend and absolutely worth trying the Omakase experience. 13 course was excellent and 16 course was truly amazing, both were well thought out – an excellent experience and the food was outstanding.

Fish is so fresh and the creative combinations of toppings on the individual pieces is unique. Much better price point than Sushi Bar in downtown and just as good. Look out for all there awesome deals!

Adding this to one of my top DFW places. It’s funny bc I hated the Yujo off of Preston. This place had omasake for $75, and each piece was delicious. Some I thought I would hate, but ended up loving.

I also ordered the empress gin drink…delicious.

Also, the wait staff were very attentive.

I had a 16-course Omakase and every dish was amazing. I enjoyed the chef’s creative idea and the service was also great.

Tried Yujo Nori in Carrollton — really nice boutique omakase. Food was clean and well done, service solid, and the Junmai sake pairing worked great with the richer cuts. Cozy spot, easy from The Colony.

The omakase was delicious, beautiful, and filling. We sat at the bar and were able to see the chefs. The quality of food was incredible and the presentation was both traditional and exciting (one piece of uni was placed directly on the back of my hand and sprayed with edible glitter). Attentive staff, great music (chill r&b), and after the meal, I made a reservation for the following week.

They also have a Salmon Wednesday and Thirsty Thursday with lower prices for certain items.

Yujo Nori is a must-go if you are a sushi enthusiast!

I had the pleasure of enjoying some truly fresh and delicious sushi. The fish was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth. Each piece was expertly crafted, with perfect proportions of rice and fish, making for a balanced bite every time. The flavors were vibrant, and you could tell the ingredients were top-notch. Whether you’re a sushi lover or trying it for the first time, this place will not disappoint. Highly recommend if you’re craving high-quality sushi that tastes as fresh as it gets!

I’ve had this spot on my wishlist for a while, and being so close to home, it was finally time to visit. Overall, the experience was high-end and lived up to the hype in terms of atmosphere.
The Highlights:
• Quality: Truly top-tier ingredients.
• Vibe: The ambiance is wonderful and curated.
• Service: Attentive and professional throughout the night.
Room for Improvement:
• The “No Tip” Confusion: The marketing suggests a Tokyo-style experience where tipping isn’t expected, yet the staff confirmed otherwise when asked. It creates an awkward moment at the end of an otherwise great meal.
• Pricing: The prices here are a bit higher than even the Michelin-starred staples in Dallas. While the quality is there, the value proposition feels a bit stretched compared to the city’s top-tier competition.
Bottom line: Everything is excellent, but the pricing needs to stay competitive to keep locals coming back.

Came in a group of 5 for a bday dinner and ordered the Miyabi Omakase. Each course was delicious, fresh, high quality, and presented beautifully. Service was 10/10 and servers went above and beyond to give us the best experience. We had one person in the group who doesn’t enjoy raw fish and they were able to opt out of the omakase and order a cooked roll from their regular menu. We also ended up last minute switching our reservation from dinner to lunch, and the restaurant was extremely accommodating and flexible. Everyone left feeling happy and satisfied. We LOVED this place and would come back again and again for a special occasion!
