The Yucatan came back even better! We were welcomed by friendly valet and host staff. We had a table didn’t on the water with an amazing server, Emilee. She is a great server! Despite the long walk to our table, she was very attentive and got us everything we needed. Emilee went above and beyond making sure we enjoyed our lunch. The drinks and food were delicious! Thanks for such a great experience!

We had a very nice, relaxing lunch outside overlooking the water. We decided to share 3 appetizers instead of getting meals. The calamari was a generous portion with the perfect amount of batter and crispy. The jerk chicken quesadilla was stuffed with chicken and cheese and was so delicious! The scallops were tender but only 5 on the plate left us wanting 2-2 more as we were sharing. I would definitely recommend this place. Just of note, the parking is valet only. The valet driver was hustling to keep up!

Great Tiki Bar kind of place. Bar area fun with live music, swing chairs at the bar, and water side seating. Definitely make a reservation as it gets busy early. Service was good but slow. Took us 20 min to get drinks and when our app came out it was cold. Food was very good. I had the Fisherman’s Trio. All fish was fresh and they did grill two and blackened one of the three for me. Although they overcharged me by $5 on my meal and when questioned they gave the excuse of price change but it was reflected on the menu yet. They did change my bill. Free valet parking and they were speedy on get my car. With all that I would definitely go back.

Service was good. Food was okay but not the best. I had better tasting grouper elsewhere and my sweet potato fries were hard to chew. But overall, I would come back and try something new as the restaurant has a very good atmosphere and a great view.

We went for lunch/dinner and absolutely loved the experience. The waterfront atmosphere is spectacular and very relaxing, perfect for enjoying time with friends or family. The ocean views and live music create an island vibe that truly makes you feel like you’re on vacation.
Overall, great food, refreshing drinks, and a unique waterfront atmosphere. We would definitely come back!

Grouper dinner was excellent. Cooked perfectly. The shrimp tacos were loaded with shrimp and delicious. Conch soup was flavorful and just the right spice level. Blackberry Bramble was creative and tasty. Rumrunner was delicious.

5 stars all around. Amazing meal! We had the seafood pasta, mahi tacos, and fettuccine Alfredo with blackened chicken. Every dish was bursting with flavor. Portions were generous (plenty to take home), the food arrived quickly, and our server was attentive.
Bonus: they offer valet, which is a great touch. Highly recommend!

A great experience at Yucatan Waterfront last night!
The Pineapple Bowl was on the menu for me and the mix of Caribbean Seasoned Chicken served on an actual slice of a pineapple with yellow rice, onions, (I had them hold the red and green peppers), fresh pineapple, and am Island Rum Sauce was amazingly delicious. The sweet and spicy mix was a good mix.
Terri opted for a slice of Cherry Cheesecake as she was not hungry enough to order much more after our late lunch. It was very good as well as she let me have a bit of it to end the day.
There’s alot of delicious sounding items on the menu here and hopefully we’ll get back to try some more in the future.

One of the most unsatisfying dinner’s I had with my wife. We come here alot I noticed a young employee who appeared visibly drunk. He was stumbling, slurring his words, and his behavior was erratic he keep looking at my wife which made the atmosphere feel really uneasy. As a customer, I expect a safe and professional environment, but this just left me feeling uneasy and disappointed I did ask the young man if he needed anything from us then told him how my wife had felt asked him to give us space he look like he wasn’t fully there when speaking to him but he did listen because he sat at the bar and moved away from our area but he still made my wife feel uncomfortable due to him still looking back at us it was unprofessional I hope management addresses this, because no one should have to worry about intoxicated staff while trying to enjoy their meal I have my own restaurant an wouldn’t deal or recommend these type of employees his name is dvan he tried to contact us after we left that night threw media I honesty wanted to go in today and ask for management but due to my wife eating there all the time she kindly asked me not to so I wrote my review if this does happen again I would like to talk to higher management or even owner!!!!

The food was genuinely good, and we were enjoying our meal until an unfortunate and avoidable issue completely disrupted the experience. We were seated outside, and birds were everywhere to the point that bird droppings actually landed on our table and on our food while we were eating. Birds were also pecking at sugar packets and hovering around nonstop.
What made this more frustrating is that there were no bird deterrents installed under the covered patio. When we mentioned it to our waitress, she shared that many customers have complained about this for years, but management has chosen not to address it.
This is not just unpleasant, it is a sanitation and health concern. With proper deterrents, this could easily be prevented. The food deserves better conditions, and customers should not have to worry about bird droppings while dining.
