I love this place. I’ve been coming here for years. Sushi is always delicious, and sake is great too. Small and quiet atmosphere, so the servers are very attentive, and the food comes out pretty quickly. For warned a party of four is considered a big party and they will not seat until all members of the party are there. I always recommend this place to sushi lovers.

I found this little gem when first trying sushi. Its a smaller “hole in the wall” restaurant run by a Korean family trying to live the American dream. They handcraft exquisite, traditional sushi and Japanese/Korean inspired dishes.

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and it’s been amazing every time! YuMi is my all time favorite Japanese restaurant hands down. The miso soup is always hot and the ginger dressing in the salad always fresh. Tokyo Love Story sushi roll is and always has been my favorite but I always order the YuMi Chirashi bowl because it’s mouthwatering and on point. I will come eat here till the day I die lol seriously

Called at 8:31pm for pick up order and they claimed that they are closed while business hours says open until 9pm. Especially on a weekend!!! Where is y’all customer service and satisfying if you really want to say in business??? If it was a dine-in situation then I would totally understand as I was only ordering two sushi rolls combos

As for going here the first time, I loved pretty much every part of it. The first time I got here, I was met by friendly staff that helped me a lot with a few things, and were relatively quick too! The Miso Soup is just so delightful, the way it tasted felt like it filled me up, but it gave me enough room for the main event…

Staff are rude and act like they don’t want to be working there. Seating is limited….DONT ask to sit anywhere else than where they require you to sit…or they will catch an ATTITUDE and make your visit and future visits miserable. Very sad; they had such a good business and have driven most of their customers away.

I decided not to get sushi which is always good at Yu-Mi but I just wasn’t in the sushi mood. I ended up trying the chicken teriyaki lunch special. It was so good and lite. It came with just vegetables, although they did offer rice if you want it but I was looking for something lite. So If you are like me, and looking for something not so heavy for lunch this was amazing!
