FOOD – we ordered miso soup. Spicy ramen.rainbow roll and tokyo roll. Tokyo roll was a bit sweet with scrambled egg on top. Our most favorite was rainbow and least favorite was spicy ramen

This place is one of my favorites of all time. Best sushi, freshness, and prices all around. I love that the Chefs are also the owners of the place and stand by what they do. I’ve been eating here over 19 years. Still the best. All of the people who work there are amazing, just don’t be rude and you’re good. Common curtesy goes a long way! The Birthday roll and Snow White roll are definitely some of my top recommendations, SO good! I love it so much! Lunch special is also phenomenal, 10/10 recommend!

Yu-Mi is the best authentic sushi around! I first had it 10 years ago and it’s my favorite Japanese joint in the area. It’s a small strip mall hole in the wall—nothing fancy about it. I love sitting at the bar and watching the chefs make the rolls. I’m always impressed that the waitresses seem to clear my plates within seconds of being done. You can’t beat the quality and prices.

I have never had a restaurant turn away business more than Yumi does. I’ve called at all different times of the day to order take out. They say they can’t take my order because they are too busy. Mind you one time I called literally minutes after they open and this was their response!

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for years. Sushi is always delicious, and sake is great too. Small and quiet atmosphere, so the servers are very attentive, and the food comes out pretty quickly. For warned a party of four is considered a big party and they will not seat until all members of the party are there. I always recommend this place to sushi lovers.

I am cuban, far from Japanese, but something about the place gave me a specific peace and home feeling that I normally dont feel in restaurants. Not sure how to explain it.

This place was awful. It was insanely crowded and dirty. They pack the tables so we were less than 2 feet from other tables. The waitress kept leaning over the table next to us to take our order and ended up basically yelling right into my ear. The lady sitting next to us literally was incapable of keeping her mouth closed and not chewing while talking. And then to top it off, they don’t even pour the drinks. They give you a can and a cup. I’m so glad we left before ordering. I am never coming back here.
