We were in New Philadelphia visiting from Oklahoma. We wanted pizza but it was almost 9pm and most places were closing. We started to pass on coming to Your Pizza Shop based on reviews. We came anyway and I’m glad we did. This pizza is amazing. The crust is cooked perfectly. The sauce is delicious. These guys are awesome! I would 100% recommend!

Ordered take out through door dash. Food got here on time and quickly. Until you can’t pick up a piece of pizza. There is no way to eat it unless you have a serving spoon. When I called the initial response I received wasn’t “sorry” or “what can I do” it was well I’ll leave a message and we will see if the owners want to give you a discount. Terrible customer service. Sorry for calling and bothering you.

Not really a dine-in space. Couple places to sit if you want, but mostly, you call or order your food, and go get it. Delivered with a smile, and a unique experience to the big national chains, a family-owned chain in only a few places in the US–don’t miss this great stuff! Called in and ordered deliver. Young woman on the phone was exceptionally nice and professional. Originally was told about 50 minutes for delivery, which was not a problem. Ended up showing up around 30 minutes! Delivery driver was very pleasant. Pizza was hot and delicious!

Do not order here. The pizza was as bland as bland can be. Their crust is awful, and tasteless. Their pizza sauce is horrible. They could have purchased a pizza sauce from Walmart, and it would have had more flavor. nothing special about this pizza at all. Totally generic. Ridiculously overpriced. My pizza ran over $20 and it wasn’t even as good as a little Ceasars pizza for $7.

After I got subs for all my employees at my company two weeks ago, and saying how great they were then, I got subs for my daughter and I tonight and they were the most pathetic excuses of subs I’ve ever seen. My pizza sub barely had any saucer toppings or cheese on it shown below. It was pure bread. My daughters ham and cheese had two pieces of sliced ham and two pieces of cheese on it. They look like the kind of subs you would get from a gas station and warm up in the microwave.
When I called to let the manager know she didn’t even apologize. I told her everything I just said here and she said “OK”…

I’m 45 years old and had my absolute worse customer experience ever here. Very sad to see this place of business turn to what it has from when the old owner had the place. I walked in with my order at 50 minutes and was told they just got the ticket amd were dropping my wings. I complained why it was such a long time and the young entitled employee told me she won’t be disrespected by me! Not we are sorry or anything to work with me on it. Nope the guy standing behind the counter with his way underage children told me it was disrespectful I told them they need to get their online fixed if this is how it worked. Food was good is only thing they have going for them. Building isn’t clean, service is terrible. Employees are untrained joke. Such a shame.
