This is a fairly new franchise for the chain. It was my first time eating at this location. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Service was top notch. I made my selection for a personal (10 inch) whole wheat crust, regular sauce, various vegetables, cheeses, and meats. The pizza came quickly and was delicious. All the ingredients tasted fresh and top notch. There was plenty of leftovers. I particularly enjoyed the mango gelato for dessert.

Stopped in to get my usual, the manager Emily prepared my pasta. I asked for extra marinara sauce, she gave me a drop of sauce. Then she gave me a cold stare. I looked back at her, thinking that was weird. I asked for garlic. I looked over the garlic empty. Emily rubbed the empty container and said, “that’s all we have” while shaking the moisture from the garlic onto my food. I asked if they had any in the back. She said, no. I knew she was lying because of the coldness that came from her voice. I waited for my pasta to go into the oven. I asked the young man, as he walked by, when will you have more garlic come in. He walked to the back to check. Emily left her customers walked to the back with him. He came out and said, yes, we are out. Emily walks back to her customers, and yells, she needs an 14 inch. I’m thinking, ok you she gotta be nervous about me asking questions because she could have gotten the 14inch dough, instead of telling, the young man to come out and lie to me. I waited an hour, went back into the restaurant, lord and behold, the garlic magically appeared. My daughter, and I did not enjoy our food. I guess today just wasn’t our day. Thanks Emily for this awful Your Pie experience.

Been here about 5 times so far and everything we’ve had was great! The place is pretty clean, employees were very young but kind and quick. Orders never had an issue. Pizzas were thin crust and cooked perfectly, BUT you’re better off eating in because they taste best fresh. Oh, and the kids loved the ice cream/gelato/w.e.

They literally had 2 workers. I think one was the owner. She tired to be professional but the stress would come out. I’ve been a business owner for 20 plus years there’s no way I would have attempted to open a fast pace business like this. That stress on the body will wear them down. Besides that my pizza was okay more like toast over cooked. As you can tell the cheese wasn’t all the way on the cheese sticks but hey it was two workers. I left a tip in spite not really happy with the first experience. I wish them more employees asap. I know this pandemic is overwhelming.

The cashier girl with the blue hair and brown hair was very professional, and the workers seemed alright. I ordered a small pizza, and got it relatively quickly. Very understaffed, the owner should fix that. I will be coming back

We have been coming to this place since it opened and had enjoyed it up until today. We went to get lunch and there was only one other person in line ahead of us. There were 5 people behind the counter, and not one of them was working, minus a highly committed dough flattener who took our order and proceeded to do nothing for 5 minutes but flatten more dough. We weren’t asked how we wanted our pizza, what kind of dough, nothing. Finally a young guy who made absolutely no attempt to acknowledge us or make eye contact came and begrudgingly started making our pizzas… And I swear, he could not have tried to go any slower. Every movement was like watching someone in slow motion. Again, no questions were asked about what we wanted on our pizzas. The young guy making ours made remarks under his breath and complained he didn’t know how to make one of the pizzas we ordered… It was unreal just how unprofessional and rude he was. We left after waiting for over fifteen minutes with out our food. It was painstakingly clear that these kids hated their job and felt no sense of responsibility to the customers, even on a bare minimum level. Very disappointing and we will not be back.
