I stopped patronizing this location a few years ago because the pizza quality decreased from its original opening. They have, however, turned things around.
Pizza toppings were fresh and generous. Salad was beautifully prepared with fresh and colorful ingredients. Everything was flavorful. The young man who waited on me for my pickup was personable and considerate. The app on which I placed my order worked flawlessly.
Will definitely visit here again.

I usually come to Your Pie ( Fayetteville) a few times a week for the salad. I am not satisfied with the fact that they want to charge you for more than 1 dressing (I use to get 2 at no charge). I have spoken with manager, owner, and employees, sharing my concerns but no one seems to care. I have even offered a suggestion of selling the dressing in a pint size, so I don’t have to ask for more than 1 of the teaspoon size cup. They will not, so I will stop patronizing them.

The customer service here is so bad that it’s actually laughable. You have to greet the employees or they just straight up ignore you or at look at you like you have 3 heads. I came here with my friend and he asked about the keto dough and the manager answered him in such a rude and condescending tone. Each and every employees disposition exudes, “screw all of you, I really don’t want to be here.” & maybe that is what they’re feeling but when you’re on the clock put on a front and at least give decent service. That’s customer service 101. Ever since they got new owners this place has really has gone downhill & it’s very unfortunate because the pizza is really good.

Just left here with my husband. We ordered a 14 in to split. The workers were nice and explained everything. The pizza was pretty good and they even serve beer and wine.
The only drawback was the bathroom…it’s in the back by pizza boxes and it was disgusting. For the amount of workers there I’m not sure why no one is checking it. And if the employees are using that bathroom that makes me nervous. The tables were also dirty throughout the restaurant.

I have been coming in for a while. My family and I come to movies there so i call it in before hand, we love the pizza. Butter time before we tried calling in for 20mins. No one answered the phone. We got there and they were 5 people including management. I called in to see if phone was bad, Nope they just didnt answer it. Then came back today. Called it no mushrooms. Get there get pizza in car. Mushrooms all in it. Then went to counter and no one would come to counter. 6 people no one. Walked to ba k, others went playing on phone.

That pizza was excellent, authentic, and superb! The ingredients are fresh! The people who make our food are friendly! Diamond was the one who made our food and helped us in choosing a pizza!! 11/10 recommendations. Can’t wait to go back! Date night for the wife and I!

Diamond is an absolute gem! This young lady is so respectful and deserves a raise. She gave me the vegan cheese and changed her gloves without me even having to ask, and explained that they didn’t have artichoke, so respectfully.
This young lady deserves recognition and a raise!! Will definitely visit again just off of the customer service alone.

Pizza is really good. Employees are really nice.. I do think it’s a bunch of sitting around by employees when the place could of used some cleaning.. Tables dirty. Floor dirty. Bathroom needed cleaning.The look of the dining area matters… Didn’t take away from the pizza being good . Good food..

The food was great. I got the kids kids meals and they came with ice cream and a drink for a really great price. I think it was about eight dollars. I also got me a kids meal. The food came out pretty fast and the ice cream is really good I will definitely come back again for a meal before the movies.
