I ordered a pizza and bread sticks from this place. The pizza was burnt. Look at the photo.
The bread stick had too much salt on it, almost unbearable.
The pizza did not have the toppings that I had asked for.
While ordering, the system did not allow me to use rewards points.
Overall, a pathetic experience, and this was the last time I ordered food from here.

This was the first time that I went to visit this your pie. It was the most disappointing food experience I have ever had. The employees weren’t professional and did not look happy to be there. None of them had uniforms, no hats, and no customer service skills. As a ranch lover I asked for ranch for me and my girlfriends pizzas and we were given one little cup to the both of us. One worker had an AirPod in from the moment we got there to the moment we left just talking away on the phone during the whole process of my order. The employees were also on there phone the whole time and just was an overall horrible experience. Even asked a gentleman if he came there often and he said it was always like that. Just goes to show that something isn’t right.

Love this place and the overall experience. Pizza is delicious and lip smacking. They have wide number of toppings. I tried make your own pizza which has no limit towards selection of toppings and totally worth the price. Stars is friendly and service is very apt. I would definitely visit this place again.

Stay away! Super disappointed in this place. Took my kids to get some gelato. We were giving a scoop in a cup the size of a golf ball! I mentioned to the manager that was serving us those are pretty small and not a standard scoop. He said that was the size of the scooper. Definitely would not recommend this place and we’re not coming back.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food, especially the salad. Despite expressing my concern about the salad, the order was still completed with it as-is. We’ve been loyal takeout customers for years, but the last two orders have been disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to avoid losing valued customers.

No ice, no cookies, and the salads were old. The place didn’t feel clean, and the staff moved at a crawl, more focused on taking smoke breaks than helping customers. I wouldn’t recommend this location. If you’re craving Your Pie, the Canton location is a much better experience.

Have gone here several times, today was not good! A few of the wings, were tiny! No red sauce for the bread sticks and no ranch for the wings. A few pieces of the pizza had zero toppings and one was straight pizza dough!

I got a 10in pizza 10.99 a side salad 9.99 and dressing.50 drink 2.69. Tip 4.35 tax 1.69. It came to 30.21 . The side salad should have been 3.89 and I should not have been charged for dressing. The tip should have been less too. Went back to get a refund . He would not refund all that he owed me he said I think that far. They are a rip off joint .And I got a Gelato from points I had.Should have gotten two scoops they barely gave me one. Would not go to this place.

Went to this location for the first. My buddy and I ordered online to maximize our lunchtime. My buddy’s order was ready but my online order was not seen prior to me coming in the location. So I had to wait and although this was there mistake I did not complain and I was not offered a free drink or anything to compensate for my time and there mistake. The pizza was good but the customer service could be better. It’s not about the issue it’s how you handle the issue.
