I went here for the first time and wasn’t sure what to think. The food was very good. The guy making the pizza wasn’t too friendly. I didn’t feel welcome but the pizza was well made and fresh. It was very clean inside and seemed well kept. Pricing was average, not too expensive but no great deals either. I would come back but not on a regular basis.

All pies were burnt . How they sell this to a paying customer is beyond me.

Great gem! Being gluten and dairy free it can be very hard to have pizza and not feel left out ora burden to an establishment. Not so here! I got to enjoy one of their specialities with my family and friends and they all got their favorites, too. Love the family atmosphere with different card games readily available and friendly staff. Highly recommend!! So glad we found them!

This is one strange place. You walk in and wait cafeteria style in line. We were lucky only 3 people were waiting. You order pizza and then move down to the salad portion. A guy with really long hair put on the wrong toppings after asking 2-3 times what we wanted. We then went to the register and he handed me the wrong salad in a plastic container. I then asked for a draft beer (as seen on their website). It’s no longer available. The guy came over with our pizza on a round tray (pizza was good). They have no paper plates so you either eat off the tray with cheap plastic forks or cut a styrofoam container into 2 pieces which is absolutely ridiculous. Will definitely be our first and last time eating here.

I previously wrote a review calling this place “bozo’s”, because l couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone so l could order a pie after work. Well, l am a big believer in 2nd chances. I ordered a personal 10” pie last night with pepperoni. This time l got through. The pie was ready in a timely manner. I’m not sure why she cut it into 6 slices when 4 would be sufficient, but ok. The pizza itself, in my opinion wasn’t that good. It was ok. It fulfilled the craving for pizza, but l felt l could have gotten as good a pie at Harris Teeter. A side note, they use a gritty substance (l assume) to help the pie not stick to the cooking sheet. It reminded me of Domino’s. I’m personally not a big fan. In full disclosure l am originally from Philly and my taste and style is probably different than what the locals are used to, but it’s my review and my money. Would l go back? Possibly, if my options were limited. But it would not be my first choice.

Hands down the worst first experiences at a restaurant in the Wilmington area. The restaurant was almost empty but still waited several minutes for someone to show up at the register to pick up a carry out order. Someone who saw me walk in, who turned out to be the manager, finally got up from their chair in the corner to finish packing our order. We ordered a supreme with extra mushrooms and onions and a great white with chicken, mushrooms and jalapeños. When we got home our pizza was already cold and neither pie was made as we requested. No additional toppings were added to the great white nor were extras added to the supreme. We were told by the manager that the ticket that printed in the kitchen had no edits or extras however the emailed receipt we received had all the extras that we requested. After calling the manager on duty to provide feedback on our experience he got loud and extremely rude, said that the website is not operated by the company and that it contains wrong information but that they are not responsible for any errors caused by the website, he said that there wasn’t anything they could do, so I’m stuck with food I did not order and out more than $50. The website also charges an automatic tip, which the person I spoke to does not deserve. If we could give them a 0 we would. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Used to be waaaaaay better. The workers are very slow and was literally sniffling while working, he even said he had the sniffles.
The older man just stands there (respectfully)…, they need a new staff ASAP! The worker never changed his gloves. I encourage the health department to come look at this place.
I stood in line 25 minutes to order, with 6 people in front of me.
Ridiculous

I ordered a gluten free pizza, they were out of gf dough but offered up a keto pizza crust instead and reassured me it was gf. The guy making the pizza then put something that looked like it could’ve been corn flour down to “help the pizza slide” and I stopped to ask to make sure it was gluten free and assured me it was. After eating the pizza I found out it definitely wasn’t. Also don’t recommend the keto crust either, it didn’t taste great. Just upset that one thing was advertised but the staff is not trained to know what that means.
