I ordered bagels and lox off DoorDash with the description stating it includes tomato, onion, caper, cream cheese. When I receive my order it has only smoked salmon on a bagel. I call to let them know and they told me there is nothing they can do and that DoorDash didn’t show them on there end that it came with the extra items. As a local who shops here all the time, I will never go back. You can’t accommodate capers and onions when your marketing is wrong on your end after I spent $65 on my order?

I’ve had multiple instances when I just order a buttered bagel and there’s almost no butter. Basically they scrape it off. For $6 for a plain coffee and buttered bagel I should have butter on my bagel. And again this has happened multiple times. After living in Center Moriches for decades I will never go here again.

It’s always a pleasure to eat here. The atmosphere is excellent. The employees are friendly, quick, and efficient. The wait times are minimal. This is how a bagel shop should be operated. As busy as they get, I still don’t have to wait very long at all. Food, customer service, and atmosphere are all in A+.

This place is terrible. My wife orders here because it shows up first on her Door Dash App. I always warn her they never get things right. So what happened this morning when we ordered, you guessed it. Clearly receipt states egg whites, what comes on the sandwhich….not egg whites. If it was the first time fine I understand but this is the third time. DO BETTER

Each experience here is different. Food is always solid. Staff always works hard to serve. However, there are so many people working behind the counter at once that they get in each others’ way. As a rule of thumb, don’t go during peak hours and be in a hurry or close to closing time as the staff will start cleaning around you as you eat.
