If you’re ever in the area, you need to check this out. The Kalbi is amazing. We also had the garlic shrimp and sweet chili chicken something. I forgot the name because I ate it so fast it was so good.
The interior may fool you as it does not look like a typical Korean restaurant. But know that it was very clean and the staff was so friendly.

The food was incredible and the service was even better! The chili chicken was definitely my favorite. While the Mandoo was good, and a strong vegetarian option it wasn’t my favorite simply due to how incredible the chili chicken was. The service was even better though! Table was cleaned for me, and multiple times the employee and owner came and checked on me to make sure everything was good. They even offered more veggies! Don’t sleep on this gem! Great food and reasonable prices.

I absolutely love this place! The elder lady that works there gave me free miso and kimchi once, divine!! Ordered today on Uber Eats, I got the beef bugogi and japchae! They even wrote on the package with a heart and smile face!
Always packed to the fullest!

Absolutely worth getting if you’re closeby and looking for a well-rounded meal and 10/10 service. I came in late a while ago and they served me like I was family. Matter of fact, I could go for those pickled veggies right now! I wish these people nothing but prosperity.

We ordered online and sent my mom to go pick it up and ended up with the wrong food and had to go back to get the right order (this was entirely on us because well yeah… that’s my mom). Not only did they make things right and then some, but they were extremely kind and understanding.
That being said, the food was great!! The BBQ meat is in the same vein as Japanese teriyaki restaurants like Ichi, but of S-tier quality and flavor and with Korean sides like kimchi and corn salad which were also delicious. The price was fair considering the amount of food we got. We will definitely be going back!

Korean food is swiftly becoming one of the new hip trending cuisines, but let’s be honest it is not always the most approachable or easiest type of food. The menus can be mysterious, the heat levels daunting, and the prices eye watering, or the other way around… maybe it’s the heat levels that are eye watering and the prices that are daunting. It’s the kind of thing where you’re not sure what to order and you feel awkward and confused where perhaps you realize you were not one of the trending crowd.
Young’s kitchen was the antithesis of that. The proprietor extremely warm and welcoming, the prices reasonable and the menu simple and straightforward. It was the first time at a Korean restaurant I have ever felt that level of comfort and welcome.
The spicy chicken was wonderful a little like a sweet and sour dish, but with the depth and complexity. The slight crunch and the savory soft center was captivating. The kind of thing that you could easily eat several times a week without getting tired of it.
In recent times I have been disappointed in almost every chicken dish I have tried. The meat has been bland and dry, the textures unpleasant. This was completely different. It was succulent and savory. I loved the addition of the corn salad and the pickled veggies. I loved the proprietor engaged with us easily and make sure we had everything we needed.
The decor is simple to the point of being stark, but it is also absolutely clean and well cared for. I can do without the complication of decor if in exchange I get kindness, welcome, and good food.
Young‘s kitchen immediately goes on the list of places where I will feel safe and cared for, where I will feel welcome and expectant.
This is the diversity of the American dream. The real sharing of friendliness, comfort, and sustenance. A place where you recognize kindness and quality a place where you can feel at home in a different land.

Young’s Kitchen is one of the best places to eat. I really like the small shop, its cute aesthetic, and the delicious dishes-especially the chili chicken. The cook, Diego, is also a very good chef.

Incredibly friendly family running the restaurant, food came out fresh and made to order. Did not taste like it has been sitting under a heat lamp. I had the chicken chili dish and was just the right amount of spice. I tried both the kimchi and the pickle vegetables and both were delicious but I would recommend getting the pickle vegetables if your going to get a spicy dish, they off set the spice nicely. If I wasn’t visiting from Arizona I would definitely come back again.
