I’ll make it clear then, too, so that you understand. The fish was treasured on a huge mountain of rice in the sushi. When we were studying the menu outside, your employee opened the curtain and the door and invited us in (it seemed like a friendly sign) and laid the table at the entrance, although there were others. The waitress who took the order didn’t really understand what she was supposed to do, let alone brighten things up or explain the menu. We ordered the most expensive bottle of wine from your menu, but the waitress didn’t even think to pour it into glasses. When we paid the bill, my companion answered the waitress’s question, “Did everything go well?” which did not satisfy us during our visit. She nodded, smiling, as if she were being complimented. Therefore, you can position yourself as a gourmet restaurant in words as much as you like, but this will not change my impression of your service personally. In your neighborhood, I’ve seen enough Asian restaurants in your price range with much better service quality.
Loved the tuna karaage, as i don’t eat chicken this was a great surprise.
The chirashi was delicious, topped with different kinds of fish and some japanese egg roll. It was fresh, and the rice tasted delicious.
The atmosphere is really nice. I loved that they don’t play music inside. Very authentic.
Only down would be the price, as it is a bit overpriced for the quality, though i understand it is hard in paris to make fresh fish for a good price.
The quality of the food speaks for itself. Every ingredient, from the delicate slices of fish to the perfectly seasoned rice, is of the highest standard. You can even take a look at the fresh fish displayed on the cooking counter while the chefs meticulously prepare it. The flavors are clean and pure, allowing the freshness and natural taste of the fish to shine through.
The restaurant has a warm and understated elegance, creating an atmosphere that lets the food take center stage. For anyone seeking genuine Japanese sushi and refined flavors, this is definitely a place you should check out.
I paid 90 euros for stale fish and rice. I’m sorry to say this since the atmosphere was nice, but this place was absolutely horrendous (and expensive too!)
The tuna is so old, you can see the brown streaks. The uni was stored in a plastic tub filled with water. The chef would scoop the soggy uni out of the water and let it dry on a piece of paper towel before serving it. Needless to say, it did not taste good.
The rice tastes old and the flavor profile is strange and unauthentic. The ginger is so old it’s started to dry out and resemble toasted coconut. The potato salad was literally potato on top of some salad with some red (cocktail?) sauce. The sweet shrimp looked ok, but it falls apart when you try to pick it up, suggesting it’s not fresh either.
Seriously, please do not come here.
Sushi were very nice. The deserts are really good too, the short cake is really nice.
Definitely worth coming back again.
Ambiance is nice overall but the clients were quite old and strict. I came with my friends and we felt out of place lol
But the good good food made it worth it
