I had You & I Haitian Restaurant cater for Amazon associates in celebration of Haitian Independence Day, and everything was excellent. The food was flavorful, authentic, and absolutely delicious, our associates truly loved it. The service was professional, and well organized. However they can do better with the delivery time but they had to cover 4 different shift so I understand. As a Haitian I do not buy Haitian food out but the food was phenomenal. I highly recommend You & I Haitian Restaurant for catering and for anyone looking for great Haitian food.

First time trying! I am in love with authentic Haitian cuisine. This place did not disappoint. The gentleman in the front was very sweet, attentive and welcoming. Now, the food!!! I ordered the fried fish, Djondjon Rice (Black rice) with Fried Plaintains and Pikliz, and a side of Haitian Griot( pork) everything was so flavorful, fresh and just overall delicious. I will return when I can but if you can visit! I highly recommend.

Central Jersey has a new it spot for Haitian food! My hubby and I stopped in for some take out. The restaurant is charming, lovely decorations and ample seating for dine-in. The staff was great, polite and eager to help. Most of the items on the menus were available (they ran out of herring patties).The food is delicious. We had the chicken patty, egg patty, fried goat, fried pork, black rice, black bean sauce & white rice. The portions are ample and they are not selfish with the pikliz(spicy slaw)! I have 3 other Haitian restaurants within 10 minutes of me but I will be traveling the extra time to come here every time! Give them a try they won’t disappoint!

The food is good. The only reason I don’t say great cause I have problem with the sòs pwa. The cloves flavor is over power the taste of the sòs pwa. Customer is not that great. Most of the time they missing something. The place is clean.

Ask the host for a receipt for my food because he forgot and he looks at me and goes back into his phone.
If we didn’t have cell phones would he have accommodated me in a timely fashion.
How do you have a business and decide to be on your phone and don’t even acknowledge your customers request.
As a Haitian trying to support their business I’m highly disappointed in the treatment I received here.

Disappointed I eat here all the time charged me 30 dollars for this is crazy then har chunks of white rice come on and all yall said was your not the only one who complained ill talk to the manager instead of making it right all the money I spent here and for that to be the resolution is crazy to me

I recently placed an order for fried fish after confirming by phone that it would be available that day. I was told it would not be ready until 4:00 PM, so I called again around 3:30 PM to place my order for pickup at 4:30 PM.
However, when I arrived, I was informed that the fish was still not ready and that it would take an additional 45 minutes to prepare. This was very disappointing, as I had planned my schedule around the information I was given. I hope steps can be taken to ensure clearer communication with customers in the future.
