I’ve been meaning to try this place for a long time, and we finally made it in for a Saturday lunch. I’ve done buffets before, but Korean BBQ is a different story, especially when you’re new to it. And honestly? I really liked it. It’s fun, it’s a little messy, and it feels like you’re cooking with friends even if it’s your first time.

We went with the $30.99 AYCE option, plus I grabbed an orange juice for four bucks. Worth it. Our server was genuinely great—attentive without hovering, checked on us often, and made sure we understood how everything worked. That alone already set the tone for the visit.

Food-wise, everything felt light and easy to eat. I tried the Hawaiian chicken, the garlic chicken, some beef, and a few other cuts since there were three of us and sharing made it way easier to try different things. The grill got busy quick, and that’s part of the charm here.

If I’m honest, the only downside was the men’s restroom—it needed attention. Not horrible, just not ideal. And normally that would push the rating down to a solid four. But service matters, and the server carried the whole experience with respect, patience, and genuine care. That’s rare these days, so I’m giving the fifth star without hesitation.

If you come, arrive hungry. Seriously. And bring people you don’t mind passing plates with. We left full, happy, and already talking about what we’ll try next time.

Amazing place and price. Wish they had the reddish to wrap the meat in. But delicious meats and options and sauces and more. Love it here

The food you get for the price is mediocre. The marinated beef short ribs were pretty good, otherwise we weren’t impressed. Steamed egg was overcooked. Tofu soup has 2 pieces the size of dimes and the rest of broth. Bulgogi has no vegetables. Restaurant does not have rice paper or radish paper. Service was mediocre – we had to keep getting the server’s attention after having an empty grill for 5 minutes. It’s a poor comparison to the AYCE KBBQ joints up and down Orange County. Scratches the itch, but nothing more. If you’re going to the coast, I suggest skipping in favor of a better restaurant.

You order. You grill. You eat. Two hour limit so go with a plan. Get your bulgogis and beef strip steak and thinly sliced brisket and pork belly first they cook faster. Save your chickens for the last round takes forever to cook. Everything is delicious from the salads down to the green tea ice cream that I cannot get enough of. Service is friendly and swift. Good beer selection. My nephews and I always leave full and happy. Be here more often however I dont want to cut my life short so I can enjoy this and places on this level for many moons. Love it.

I’ve visited You Grill for family dinner.
As the other reviews say, the venue is clean and atmosphere is decent.

Among all other AYCE restaurants, the most impressive point is their “quality & quantity”. All of the meats were fresh and super larger than those of other restaurants.

Especially much appreciated to our server, Allan, who helped us so rapid and sophisticatedly during 1.5hr!

I’ll definitely find here again when I visit Palm Springs area =)

This place is already a go to. Food is super good, garlic pork belly is the best.

Every time I go there I put so much meat in my mouth like my college days… where I used to also get Korean BBQ.

Great place to be with the homies and kiss them good night at the end of it, recommended for 3-4 people to experience more.

Delicious food with the right amount of seasoning. The spicy tofu soup was good but a little salty, and this place is legit. The tofu they use for the soup is fresh and not the dry kind. The atmosphere was great with good service. I would recommend visiting this place, because I like to cook my own food and the food all came out delicious for all you can eat.

This restaurant is a bit hidden and a short drive away from Palm Springs, but it is definitely worth the drive from Palm Springs to La Quinta. If you are going for dinner, I suggest you arrive between 4:40 pm and 5:45 pm or after 7:00 pm.

Good quality meats, sides and they have two dinner options; A and B. A is only $29.99 and B is $34.99 per person. A is good enough and it includes great choices. The customer service is excellent and the ambiance is very casual and friendly. Great dinning experience, would definitely visit again if I’m in town.

This type of restaurant needs to be in a more appropriate location. Small table with not enough room the food, drinks, and plates. Service was fine, but had to be reminded about multiple parts of the order. Not the worst, but also not the best.
