I was really disappointed with my visit. The customer service was poor, and the staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming at all. The ice cream was served so sloppy that it looked like they didn’t care about presentation and they tried to tell me the hot fudge made it a mess but in reality they put way too much ice cream and everything kind of souped together.To make things worse, it melted before I even made it home (2minutes away and I tried to eat it as I drove to keep the dripping down) and it created a huge mess. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality and service. Definitely not worth it. Pics are as soon as I got in my car to drive home

I wanted to make a review not to bash but to try to help others who order receive their true right order, because I really love the food from here although I’ve only ate from the truck at musikfest. I really wanted a taste of your food. The pork came in chunks not pulled at all. I requested the pull pork/Mac with bbq sauce and the bama sauce, mine only came with the bama sauce and big chunks of pork. and the pull chicken taco had big chunks or chicken as well was not pulled. I’m not a order out type of person and it just sucks to be excited about the food your ordered only to be disappointed. Can’t wait to see the truck at the fest tho!

Ordered from here for the 1st time yesterday and loved it got the Mac and chee bowl with pulled pork and small twist ice cream. I enjoyed so much decided to order again today to be surprised by the completely different portion size. The ice cream had half the amount the day before had and same with Mac and chee bowl before the bowl was full now I can see the bottom all around. The amount I got today doesn’t feel worth the price especially after I received a good portion the day before. I ate half of one and have the same amount of ice cream left that I received in the one ordered today.

Updating my review since new ownership. The workers are still friendly, place is clean. The ice cream was also not bad by any means, but wow the price of hard ice cream is high now. Two large cups, each with sprinkles was $20. Attaching pictures of what I got and the pricing. Prior owners it was about $15. Other competitors in the area are about that as well.
reply to owner: This was a 3 scoop, correct. Thanks for being open to the feedback. Maybe if it was heaping that is better, but price is a bit high, so maybe if supplier price is high on that hard ice cream, there are others that could be more reasonable?

Ice cream is good but service sucks. Watching the kid make a milkshake was a painful experience. He stood staring at the wall as if he didn’t know what he was doing for multiple minutes before finally starting to make the milkshake. Both were also lacking in any form of customer service experience, I get first jobs but being nice is expected.

I tried the Brisket Waffle Cone from You Got Cone’d and it was absolutely delicious! The brisket was tender and flavorful, the mac was creamy, and the waffle cone added just the right touch of sweetness. The combo of sweet and savory was spot on — a unique and fun way to enjoy comfort food. Highly recommend!

We tried this place for the first time today and each got a cone and it was amazing! We can’t wait to try more of the menu soon! The employees were all very friendly. Overall a great little ice cream shop. We are locals and we will be coming here alot!

Came here on multiple occasions. Bought a cone and milkshake. And each time the cone was made FIRST. so while they take their sweet time to make the milkshake the cone melts. Like I think this should be common sense but I guess not.

Found this gem of an ice cream shop just 10 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, we were greeted with warm smiles and treated like old friends. The staff took the time to chat with us, added a personal touch to our visit, making it feel like more than just a transaction. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavors to choose from. We ordered a banana split it was amazing! I can’t recommend this place enough – it’s a must-visit, even if it’s just before closing time!
