Delicious food cooked with great care. The location is very convenient.
The beef tongue is very tender. Fried tofu is crispy and delicious. Cold noodle is authentic. Sushi is very fresh by direct shipping from Japan. The uni roll is heaven. Ice cream are homemade and yummy. All foods are cooked with great care.
I highly recommend this restaurant to you if you want to enjoy an authentic delicious Japanese meal.

I’ve been to Yoshi’s a couple times and it’s a treat every single time. They were pretty busy when I went for dinner but servers were able to keep up and check in on us periodically to fill up our hot tea. I’m a nigiri truther, so I got the sushi 10 deluxe

My husband and I went for his 40th birthday. We’ve been looking for a place to get some authentic Japanese food, and we finally found it. He got the okonomiyaki (so incredibly hard to find in the states) and I got the pork katsu dinner. Best katsu I’ve had in the states! I cannot gush enough about how good the food was. The staff were diligent and attentive, service was timely, and atmosphere was bright and clean. 10 out 10, would recommend

We went to Yoshi on Friday evening around 7 PM, and there wasn’t a wait, which was a pleasant surprise. Every staff member was professional and knowledgeable about the menu — their service was attentive and made the experience really smooth.
We ordered the pork cutlet curry rice, a bottle of beer, and a sushi roll. The sushi had cheese in it, which gave it a very unique and memorable flavor! We also ordered one of our usual go-to dishes — we get it every time — but this time it tasted a bit salty for my preference.
Overall, a great experience with excellent service and some standout flavors. We’ll definitely be back!

Exceptional food and service. Truly authentic Japanese flavors and preparations in all the dishes we tried. One of the best sushi spots I’ve been to. Standout dishes were the Octopus Salad, Plain Sunomono, Asparagus Goma-Ae, Ebi Shumai, Grilled Yellowtail Collar, Caterpillar Roll and Cherry Blossom Roll.

This is the best spot for authentic sushi and If you’re a fan of Japanese cuisine, you absolutely have to check out this gem in the city! Their weekly specials, proudly displayed on the whiteboard, are worth a look and often feature innovative dishes. It’s the perfect spot to kick back with some drinks and enjoy a delightful array of shareable plates with your friends. I’ve been a loyal patron for the past three years, and I can confidently say that the food quality is consistently outstanding. This place has quickly become one of my all-time favorite restaurants in the city—don’t miss out!

Went here for the first time recently due to recommendations. Loved the atmosphere – very cozy and reminiscent of another Japanese restaurant that used to be in Dublin. We ordered the sushi platter for two. The quality was overall great. A couple of sashimi pieces were a bit icy in the center, likely was not completely thawed. The service was great and our waitress was sweet and attentive. Would def come back!

This was hands down my favorite experience of any sushi restaurant I’ve been to in Columbus. My boyfriend and I went in and the atmosphere and staff were both very nice. We sat at the sushi bar which was cool because you get to see everyone working so hard, it feels very lively. The prices are good too, there were many options ranging from affordable to more expensive dishes, with a huge variety of selection. We ordered the chef special and some individual salmon roe and scallop pieces. When I say eating this was an experience like no other I mean it. I’ve had so much sushi in my life but this was another level, every piece was to be savored and each one had me floored. I had to stop chewing at one point to really take in how good it was. Granted this was the most I think my boyfriend and I have ever spent on sushi but I will never forget it, I absolutely loved every bit of it. Also, there’s plenty of other options if you’re not looking to spend as much as we did. I’m looking forward to going again and exploring a lot more of the menu, it’s absolutely worth coming here.

I often visit this authentic and decent Japanese restaurant when I want to eat delicious bbq eel rice bowl, curry udon or other Japanese appetizers. Everything tastes fresh. The place is small but clean. There are some private rooms for groups. The price was a little high. WiFi was not available.
