This is definitely one of the best Yoshinoya’s in the area. I stopped in this afternoon for lunch and had a very good visit. The cashier was friendly and polite, and the manager was extremely professional. I was seriously impressed with how quickly my order was prepared and ready to go, I had barely filled my drink up when they told me it was already ready. The food itself was tasty and prepared exactly how I requested it.
The other store farther east down the 10 fwy usually takes 10-20 minutes to get you your food since they prioritize the drive-thru. I’m glad I stopped at the Redlands store and will definitely be back in the future.

Service has really improved. Kimberly is the best at taking orders and customer service.
I always check my chicken, they always cheat you on it. This place has nice staff but check your chicken before walking out the door. The beef was a lil old. But been eating Yoshi for 30 yrs so nothing keeps me away.

Kathy is awesome, she moves the line super fast, and is very friendly.
I have been back plenty of times using up as many coupons as i can, and i have had nothing but good service.

I’ve been a customer here for years and enjoy the foods. Most of the team is very friendly and welcoming, but there’s one staff member (skinny, light skinned, with pimples on her face) who often always looks upset, as if she doesn’t like her job. Either she’s always having rough days or she really doesn’t enjoy her role in the company, but it does stand out. Other than that, the service and atmosphere are solid.

I don’t like employees with red hair. I ordered with poor service with the employee’s facial expressions that look arrogant and unfriendly. please improve the service and maintain the best attitude and service. Try to be professional and if there is a problem don’t vent it to the visitor! Very trashy behavior in my opinion.

Always a fan/admirer of Yoshinoya, since the very first time I had it way back in 1983 in LA when my late husband introduced it to me. I thought it’s perfectly cooked and very well prepared and balanced, thank you Yoshinoya! Continued success and keep up the great work! This is the tastiest, healthiest, hearty fast food bar none!

Yoshinoya, is pretty awesome, no matter what, but this particular location is particularly great. The food was very tasty, fresh and delicious! The portion sizes were really good here. The dining room was clean and condiments were readily available. I would definitely return to this location if I were in the area, it’s very easily accessible from the freeway, and I know it’s great! I would definitely recommend.
