First time ordering online through the app and it’s my first time going to this location. They gave my order quickly through the drive through but when I got home I opened the container I realized they gave me a wrong order (I ordered a large gyudon beef, no veggies) and they even skimped out on the beef. Terrible first impression of both the app and the restaurant. Would not try again.

The serving sizes don’t look like the picture. I feel like there not putting in enough rice. 1). The Gyudon bowl taste good. 2) Tempura shrimp is not very good or worth the price. Tiny portion and more batter if anything. 3). I only been to the spring valley location. 4). You have to ask for condiments, otherwise if you are not in the know, you won’t get anything. (radish, sauces, etc). 5)I would only buy if I use the deals on the app. Would not pay full price.

This chicken teriyaki dish was a delightful taste, and the vegetables bowl was a pleasant addition. However, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the portion size. The bowl was excessively filled with rice, resulting in a small portion of chicken and vegetables. I would appreciate it if the restaurant could be more fair in portion sizes in the future. Despite this minor issue, the overall service was excellent.

I often come to Yoshinoya and get orders of beef a la carte, beef only so I can meal prep. I didnt bother checking my order as it has never been incorrect but today I was given about 1/4 of what the order usually comes with.

First time eating the Japanese food here and i have to say it was “okay.” If you have no other place to go to, go here but there are wayyyy better japanese fast food places. I got a Regular Habanero Chicken bowl with fried rice. I paid an extra 50 cents for the fried rice and it was HORRIBLE. It was extremely clumpy and gummy. I couldn’t see a grain of rice, it was all just clumped up together (see picture). I had bad luck with the fried rice because my husband’s white rice came out just fine. Mine sucked! Yuck. The chicken was okay, it had 50% fat which is what made it okay. Overall okay. Customer service, meh. Paid $15.17 after tax for two regular bowls. Won’t be coming here again unless there are desperate measures.

Be sure to always check your food the worker Cynthia A barely speaks English and always gets my order wrong this is the 3rd time and when I go back with my receipt and everything they tell me that I’m not allowed to switch out food it’s not their policy and I tell them that’s not what I ordered you did it wrong? My family and I love Yoshinoya. It used to have really good customer service, but lately we felt like it kind of went down hill. Our orders are sometimes always messed up. but overall it is still a good place to eat and for decent price .
