They value drive thru much more than the instore customers. Good luck getting orders taken and filled instore. Lol. What a joke. Kills the experience. Also it shows the imcentive structure is faulty. Corporate should see this as a problem. Sad all around. 13 minutes for food. No one else was inside. Does that sound normal to you?

I went her the other day and it was simply delicious. We order the current special, 2 Lg bowls (beef or chicken) , 8 piece tempura fried shrimp and those fried chicken bites. Everything was fresh and hot, the shrimp were crunchy and delightful and those little fried chicken bites were awesome. Love that dipping sauce for shrimp. Was not disappointed.

There are a few foods that I can eat everyday and Yoshinoya is definitely one of them. My favorite is to get the combo with grilled chicken teriyaki and goudon beef with no vegetables.
I can definitely recommend this place to people who are looking for a fast but very delicious meal at any time. There is nothing like eating Yoshinoya for breakfast instead of the usual morning eggs, bacon and sausage.

Ghana K has a terrible attitude problem! Was very unfriendly and unprofessional towards me for no reason. I was visiting from out of state and she definitely soured my mouth after today’s visit. Food was delicious but customer service? Gross. 0/5 if I could but 1/5 cause I have to. Try another location!

I ordered a chicken bowl meal. I asked for no sesame seeds or green onion. The lady in drive thru said no problem but kept asking what kind of drink I want. I told here Pepsi then repeated no sesame seed or green onion, she responded with oh yes of course. When I got my food it had green onion and sesame seeds, and the egg roll was cold on inside. My chicken was also cold, and rice was mushy. I won’t be coming back here to this location again.

Very dirty outside, homeless left the food, bad service, especially manager, you asked her why they like to waste customer time can’t do 2 coupons (no one is waiting drive thru and inside) and she just answered like AI robot again and again, cashier slow motion and everyone look like I owed them million dollars!!! The combo is tiny small in this branch my god!

I usually enjoy my experience here, but today 8/2/24 things were not good. I went thru drive thru placed my order went to the window Paid. When i checked my receipt I had a missing item so i informed them. The lady that took over said “ok wait, give me the receipt, Iam going to repeat the order to you” I tell her yes its still missing, I i didn’t know how my receipt order should look. She then says I will need to park, then says its ok just this time I will add the plate. She charges me. Once i get my order Iam checking and she is rushing me away and says everything is there dont worry its all there. So I come home and I have missing items. I ordered the XL it did not come with the veggies, my clam chowder did not have crackers or spoon. The clam chowder tastes awful it was soo watered down, with no flavor and no actual chowder. I am being nice in my description the experience was awful.

Restaurant open at 9am. Came there to pick up my 9:15 order and they said nothing is setup and ready. They don’t know how long it will take to have it ready. 9:40am and restaurant not even open yet. This is not the first time they do that. Why can’t they start getting stuff ready hr before it open? This is ridiculous. Whoever in charge of this location…Please this issue.

These guys do a fantastic job. They’re always getting the cars in and out and the food quality is really good and they’re really accommodating. They get an A+ for me.
