Hello, I visited Yoshinoya today just to use the restroom. As a security guard for the nearby Rite Aid that’s now permanently closed, I no longer have access to a restroom in that building, leaving this restaurant as my only nearby option. I typically only stop in to use the facilities or occasionally buy a soda.
From the start, the Hispanic female manager was rude. When I politely asked to use the restroom and explained my situation—including how an employee let me use it yesterday after recognizing me as the security guard next door—she ignored me and simply said “no.” I wasn’t causing any trouble and was respectful throughout.
At that point, one of the customers spoke up and urged her to let me use it, but she still refused. Only after several customers tried to convince her did she reluctantly allow it. I thanked her, but she responded harshly: “Don’t come into this restaurant if you’re not buying food.”
This left me upset—I don’t cause any issues, and I’m just a security officer doing my job who needed a basic accommodation. Better customer service training is needed here.

Limited parking. Big dining area. Guy taking orders was excellent. Forks they give are garbage. They don’t give you straws for your drink. And they definitely skimp on product compared to other yoshinoya’s. Barely any rice. And rice I did get was soggy and greasy! Will not be back to this location

Talk about shrinkflation! Yoshinoya is no longer at the caliber it used to be. How is this a large?! Hardly any protein and a bunch of rice. They’ve reduced their packaging down to a paper cardboard tray which soaks through. No longer are the days of the orange branded box which was also shrinking in size before this cardboard box replacement. And on top of that they’re going to charge $11 for that and get the order incomplete by not providing condiments as requested in the order?? Very disappointing.

My kids are the ones who like to come here so I let them rate it. The customers service is pleasant, the restrooms were clean, music is ok, and the food good. Reasonably priced for $10 two large bowls.

Ordered through the app and got it delivered 10 mins before scheduled time. Food was good (Original beef and orange chicken), but not great. Sizes were good as well (regular Bowl) – one bowl is enough for one meal. Can’t complain.

food is decent. sadly the brown rice was overcooked and basically turned to mush when i went to eat it at my office. staff weren’t really nice but more busy but they were helpful and the location is new and clean. unlike other yoshinoya locations this one served up the food pretty quickly and other than the mushy brown rice, overall it wasn’t bad. HINT: check your mailbox for junk mail flyers for really good coupons

Why Yoshinoya? Because the tableware for food is very environmental friendly, not the plastic products that cause pollution to the environment, the main taste is good Oh!

Careful when ordering via the Yoshinoya App. I picked up my order and it looked like someone picked at it and was old. When i ask the manager if i could have a fresh one made she told me to go f myself and to talk to corporate. i walked out leaving my entire order behind. No food, out $40, and left feeling insulted. Rose who is the manager had the worst attitude and zero customer service skills. The cashier Stacey tried to fix the issue but was stopped by her manager. Give Stacey the management position. She is more willing to help but clearly had her hands tied by a manager who had a horrible attitude.

Got 2 large bowls through Uber eats, the app only allows for 1 sauce but I was hoping the staff knows common sense to add more than just 1 sauce to the order for 2 Large bowls. Apparently not, please don’t short your customers next time! Disappointed.
