Reviews
The staff was inattentive, and the service was poor from the beginning. The food did not meet expectations and was completely below standard.
Additionally, when my son asked to use the restroom, the woman in charge responded in an irritated manner, telling him to wait because she would not provide the access code. Despite the restaurant being empty, we had to wait for some time before she reluctantly accompanied him.
Overall, the service was extremely poor, and the experience was completely unsatisfactory.
I ordered two boba drinks, two meals, and gyozas to go. Drinks showed up in about 5 minutes, food dragged on for nearly 20, and the gyozas? Took 30 minutes. Thirty. For frozen dumplings that tasted worse than what I can pull out of my freezer and toss in my air fryer in under 10 minutes. By the time those sad little gyozas finally arrived, the rest of the food was cold.
The whole thing reminded me exactly why Yoshinoya fell off my radar a decade ago. Lesson re-learned. Maybe I’ll try again in another 10 years—if I’m feeling nostalgic for disappointment.
Really bad place to eat. I felt very uncomfortable eating there because she was just staring at me. I don’t know, but I felt like she was racist
Toward the end when she handed me my order atleast she did say have a nice night.
The lady at the drive thru during the night shift was very unkind and unprofessional. I ordered my meat without onions, and they gave it to me with onions. I also ordered a Pepsi with my meal, but it wasn’t included, and I had to pay for it again. When I got home to eat, I realized they hadn’t provided utensils or napkins either.
Terrible service, very disappointing.
As i got to the window they were unprofessional and seems to have a inside joke involving me that i was not aware of. I requested extra teriyaki sauce in which the cashier inform me that it was extra which i payed for the extra sauce. The cashier never mention that she was going to get them so it was assumed it was in the bag. To my surprise it was not in the bag. On top of the attitudes of the cashiers and my missing items (teriyaki sauces). The cashier had the audacity to go tell the manager Caesar that she had told me to wait and turn the whole narrative around not counting that i have dash camera in my work truck where it shows the whole encounter. Point of the story is that there should be better training for employees and the person running the store. If only there were some accountability taken on behalf of the cashiers or manager that it was a simple mistake and tell the employees to respect and to be professional at all times i would have not gone this route.
