If I could leave more stars my Lord knows I would!! Never have I been treated with such amazing customer service at any other Yoshinoya. The young manager with the blue hair, Suzy or Suzana, I think she said was her name, was amazing, she gave me incredible customer service with a smile! Even though I seen her taking both indoor and drive thru. This was my first time coming to this location since I was close by and was craving some gyoza but I will absolutely be coming back and you can thank that manager!!!

Fast food version of Japanese meal. I like the price and convenience. However, the taste wasn’t good, and the atmosphere was dark and small. I recommend that if you want something little better than mcdonalds or Burger King. But I recommend you to go to real dine in restaurants if possible.

Just terrible. I placed an order for curbside pickup. I arrived on time and used the appropriate button to let them know I was there. I could see them helping the people at the drive through and the counter. After about 5 minutes I called the number for the restaurant but no answer. So of course I went in. No one was at the counter, just one person working the window. Again after waiting about 2 to 3 minutes I loudly said hello, is anyone going to help us. When I finally got her attention she said she was the only one there and she would get to me. There was someone cooking and two people just talking in the back as well as someone at a customer table,maybe on break. The counter person finally asked my name after packing up a couple of other orders. She said mine wasn’t ready yet even though it was now 15 minutes late. She finally gave me my order but it was missing a plate. So she rechecked and then was asking the cook for another chicken order. After another couple of minutes she said they were out of veggies. I was a bit sparky and said if it had been ready on time I would have gotten the veggies. She said it would be another 5 minutes. I said the two plates on the counter would get cold and she said it would still be hot. I asked (was not offered) about a substitution and got coleslaw. I asked for the manager name and number and she said she was the manager. I never once got an apology of any kind. When I got home I found that one other order also had no veggies. Service and attitude was horrible. Seems this is the new standard for fast food chains.

I was so disappointed with a recent visit at another Yoshinoya but the one in Lawndale was so on point. It definitely keeps up with their name and reason why some of us still love Yoshinoya dishes. It was hot and ready to enjoy when I got home. Did I mention that I got this through a drive-threw? Yes! The lady had awesome customer service and they are open till midnight too! Definitely coming back.

I ordered mine online and went there to pick it up after 15 min. The order wasn’t ready, I had to wait over 15 minutes again after serving all the others in the store.
4 people were working, and none of them were really professional.
Even chairs are not clean ,dirty, filty.

This place is very hit or miss. I’ve had times where I order ahead yo get food on my way to work and they still take over 30 minutes from the time I arrive to get the food ready. The workers were standing around while everyone was waiting. It seems to be getting better but I would still order at your own risk.
