I wasn’t greeted and ignored I opened the door for this lady I was in the store first she was behind me in I hold the door open they took her order before so she finished ordering cashier doesn’t acknowledge me Im like can I order i finished ordering and asked for my name and made a frown when I told her my name I’m like what’s wrong with my name and proceeded to explain why she take my order before I’m like I don’t wanna hear I just take my money I don’t want a explanation so she literally kicked me out the store all because my name was Jesus she frowned on me and that escalated everything from there on I feel discriminated against what kind of people you guys have working as cashier’s

I honestly never leave a review for anything but now I feel happy enough to say that they have an awesome staff Martin, Mirna, and the cook have great customer service, I usually mobile order and it is always ready when I get there! Just when getting in there they make you feel welcomed never gotten any rudeness or vibe from them

Had to delete a previous bad review where I was given, not an XL portion on my plates. But anyway, the last 3 times I’ve been here, not only was I given the proper portion on the XL plates I paid for, but the staff was super friendly and professional.
Rosario is amazing, very friendly and anytime I ask for example like green pepper or anything else she goes out of her way to do it. Unlike other places where you get treated like you’re asking for free things.
Also, I didn’t get his name, but the older gentleman in the back cooking. Thank you sir for giving me the appropriate quantity of food I’m paying 6 thank you for your hard work.

Placed a mobile order and the app said it was ready but once I got there the old lady a cash register told me it wasn’t ready. Then when I got my food and asked for more condiments lady said there was a limit of five even though I have two large plates.

I ordered from here yesterday. The person who took my order asked if we had brown rice. The Hispanic older lady quickly said YES without even checking. When I got home, I had white rice covered in Teriyaki sauce and the 2nd plate was WHITE rice. I can not have white rice because of a medical condition. After eating what I thought was brown rice I quickly got sick.
Like, I know these folks didn’t serve me what they wanted me to have after ordering specifically what I asked for, JUST because they ran out. This is NOT cool. I will be taking my food back today. If they said they didn’t have any brown rice, I would’ve ordered different. But to give me something I didn’t ask for JUST to make another dollar is WRONG. QUIT PLAYING with Customers HEALTH!!!

They never have anything ready. No matter what you order, its always another 10 to 15 minute wait. No chicken, beef, egg rolls, soups. I only come because it’s close to work but I really have to plan my time and expect a wait for the food which comes out like it’s microwaved. Service is good though. Cashiers are friendly. I just don’t understand why nothing is ever ready.
