i’m not sure if the workers can read properly but my order was wrong in 3 different ways which is not acceptable. They gave me a starry drink when i asked for raspberry iced tea, they gave me no veggies on my combo xl which is the whole point of it, and they gave me dry chicken when i ordered teriyaki chicken with sauce. these workers should be trained better or learn how to read properly

Ordered a beef bowl a beef bowl way ahead of time, I get there and it’s not ready. I wait ten minutes and they gave me my order and I left. I get back, open up my order, and it came with no rice. Worst lunch ever. Should’ve checked my order at the store but I was in a rush.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but honestly this place has to improve their system before bagging and giving the order to the customer. It’s my fault for not double checking my order before I left.I would assume since there’s no rocket science or quantum physics involved in the ordering process, I wasn’t going to have to double check my order. A order of 1 combo bowl, a order of tempura shrimp (8pc) and a order of Tokyo fried chicken (5pc). Get my name called, I’m assuming when the name is called it means the WHOLE order is bagged up than handed to me. But nope, I guess whoever job it was to make sure the order is COMPLETELY in the bag they hand the customer was to much of a task. Get home and no shrimp tempura. Thanks for NOT putting my complete order in the bag, I love paying for something and not getting it.
