Let me review for you!
Went to lunch with coworker, ordered sushi and appetizers, presentation was mediocre, food was small in quantity and not as what the menu pictures represent. Overall, it was not a bad atmosphere, and the food was good. Sushi was flavorful yet smaller than most sushi sizes.

Asked for a straw, yet no reply or “forgot” per wsized.

Price is fair, not cheap, yet it should be less in my opinion due to the fact that the portions didn’t fill up the plate, as you can see in my pictures. It’s not a bad place. I can come again if they are my last resort.

Yoshiharu Ramen serves Hokkaido Japanese ramen and other Japanese dishes.

We decided to give Yoshiharu Ramen a try and was a little disappointed.

It wasn’t busy when we came in for dinner. The restaurant’s decor is very cute and fits well with their theme.

Our server was nice, but not the best in execution. I requested Wakame (wet seaweed) to be added to the Ramen. We received Nori (dried seaweed) instead. We made the best of it. We also asked for a couple spoons to make it easier to get broth, since we were sharing it. He brought over a couple of plastic spoons??!! He asked if we wanted an egg, which we said yes. But, NO egg in Ramen?!

Chicken Ramen: Vegetable Broth with Chicken Base. Broth a little bland- expecting more of a chicken flavoring. More flavor towards the bottom of the bowl. More of a umami flavor.

Nice bite on noodles so it was cooked well. The
Chicken was a little dry. I liked the Kikurage, wood ear mushroom.

Since we were splitting the ramen, we asked for 2 extra bowls. Found the main ramen bowl kept the broth warmer.

Potato shrimp- deep fried shrimp wrapped with potato strings. It made for a pretty presentation. Clever idea. However, it did not taste as good as it looked. The potato strips could have used some salt after being fried. It was crunchy. The sweet & sour sauce was good, which helped with the flavor.

Crunch Roll Sushi – the shrimp tempura was not as crunchy. The spicy Mayo and Eel sauce very good. Texture inside a little softer than I like. I liked the crunchy bits on top – gives it texture.

I really did want to like the food but found it to be just okay.

My kids ate everything! Great staff, great food, and kid friendly spot. We got a Spicy Miko Miso and chicken bento box, and my kids approved. They’re picky eaters but devoured everything here. Super friendly staff was sure to check on us regularly and even acknowledge my children by changing the tv to a cartoon show.
Can highly recommend this place to families and even a pit stop for lunch!

I had never eaten here, I work in the same plaza and the way they dispose of their trash is disgusting. The nasty odor of bones and leftovers is horrible with this heat; it makes the whole parking area feel like we walking in a garbage dumpster.

Very tasty soup in the ramen with lots of toppings like bamboo shoots, seaweeds, eggs, mushrooms that made it so complete and satisfying.

6 of us dined for Sunday lunch and and it was a good value. The quality of the fish was mediocre at best, However, portions were large and taste was acceptable.. Our server was attentive , Listened well and delivered the food just as Ordered. We had more than enough food And beverages for about a $114.
Our setting was very comfortable, quiet enough to talk and you’re each other, Which is not all that common these days.
The udon soup was nicely done! the Box lunch was overflowing and the food prepared well.
The sushi was presented nicely even fish was mediocre at best.
Yes, I would return again, especially since my granddaughter and family enjoyed it.

This place was my lady’s Go-To ramen place in La Mirada. I did enjoy my lady’s ramen but unfortunately everyone got served their Ramen and had time to finish it before I finally got my sushi. My server, a young dude, kept saying “five more minutes” but it took almost 30 minutes for my sushi to finally arrive and when it did I had to ask for wasabi. That being said, the service has been declining since first opening which is saddening because I used to love this place. Hopefully it was an off night but we will be back to give it one more shot.

I ordered take out when only 2 guests were dining, so I’m not busy. I ordered the tonkostsu black ramen. Took about 15 minutes. After going home I noticed I was missing the cha shu pork. I went back to explain that I was missing the pork. They were unapologetic of the situation and seemed annoyed. The ramen lacked flavor as well.
Wouldn’t go back

My husband & I have been to this place 3 times. 1st time we rated 8/10. 2nd time 5/10 we dined in they took a very long time to serve your food my husband ordered ramen soup was brought out 1st & 10 minutes later mine was brought out it was upsetting because my husband was eating his ramen cold. Today we go for take out we were told 15 minutes for our food we actually waited 30 minutes we open the containers the amount of rice, chicken & Brussel sprouts they served was ridicules he spent $40 for a small portion! We go back explained to the lady let her know we have been here before we have gotten more than what they served us today, she said she needed to speak to the people in the kitchen to see if the serving dine in is the same as take out, we waited another 15 minutes she comes back says they served us more & they also added Miso soup. We get home my husband opens up the containers & all they did was throw in a spoon of rice, they took out the Brussel sprouts from the foam container & spread it out into a new one to make it look like they added more there was NO DIFFERENCE! I will never be going back to this place & I don’t recommend it to anyone!
If I can rate a 0 I would!!
