Portable wood burning pizza oven that pops up in various locations- we went on Saturday at Sierra Cider which was really lovely. Check the calendar on their website for where they’ll be on any given day (my only complaint about this place is that they should make it easier to find them!). Get the pistachio pizza. So good. The sausage one with hot peppers was also banging. We found the potato pizza kind of bland but it was good with a side of hot honey and/or pesto.

Some of the best pizza I’ve had in CA! High attention to detail, excellent customer service, and food was absolutely amazing. Flavors and texture of pizza and cannoli were spot on, very impressive. Had it twice in two days, but they’re a mobile operation, so try to catch them wherever and whenever you can 🙂
