The outside isn’t much to look at. However, the money was put to where it counts. Other than the bathrooms, the inside looks nice with a good amount of space! The hibachi was nice, and I loved that it had steak. Don’t get me wrong, it is not top-tier steak, but it was still a food choice to have, and I have been to more buffets that the food you get is cold, which makes me lose my appetite. However, it was either hot or warm closer to the hot side. If you are in the area, it is worth eating here if you like buffets. My family and I loved it and got full fast. Just keep in mind there is no changing table in the restrooms.

I never like to leave such horrible reviews. The food was inedible. It tasted like chemicals. We tried a bite of just a few things off of our plates and couldn’t eat anymore. We were told we still had to pay the full price. We spent $50 on “food” I wouldn’t feed to my dog. The management is just as horrible as the food.

Desserts are soso. Cakes are usually stale cut pieces in square a shape, not your diner favorite cakes. puddings and Jell-O are fine, fresh fruit and vegetables, array of Asian and American foods that are very good. Some Asian buffets in Lancaster have more varieties of food so I gave this place 4 star. Otherwise, it’s still a top place to visit, just less seafood, meat, sushi and other favorites

The food isn’t really good at all, I was very disappointed in the food I ate here. I really love egg rolls and fried rice. But the egg rolls here were very bland and dry. The fried rice was kinda hard and didnt have much flavor either. Also, the food doesnt seem to stay hot for long either, they are either cold or very room temperature. The bathroom here was nasty and seemed to be not cleaned often here. But the waiter here was very nice here and did a very good service. He made sure we had our drinks filled at all times. But yeah, it doesn’t seem like they really clean this place up too well.

A typical Chinese food buffet with American friendly food options. There’s a sushi and made to order station as well. Service is good in terms that wait staff serve drinks and take away used dining wear quickly. Food is ok. The General Tao’s Chicken tasted too tangy like it was made with ketchup. It was unexpected and not a good way. The rest of what I had was fine. For $15.99 All You Can Eat (weekday evening) it was a fair price. Environment was typical Asian inspired, standard booth seating, clean tables, buffet in the middle, and messy bathrooms that need attention. I wouldn’t expect this establishment to be anyone’s favorite place to dine at but it serves its purpose in fast, over indulgance, and choices. Getting the bill is always a challenge for me at Chinese buffets. I find the tip line troubling as I do everything myself besides get a drink and clear dishes. Things I absolutely can do myself but am not permitted to. The other issue here is, you are expected to pay the wait staff instead of going to the counter. The tip feels forced and disingenuous. The whole tip system is out of control.. like everywhere.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the rude service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant.

Your restaurant offers a wide variety of food and appears to do well financially. For the most part, the food is decent. However, the attitudes of some of the waitstaff were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

When I entered the restaurant with an elderly relative, instead of approaching us politely and asking how many were in our party, one waitress yelled across the room. I understand the restaurant can get busy, but basic manners and customer service should still apply—especially when serving seniors.

I also observed that when larger parties entered, this same waitress rushed to assist them, seemingly prioritizing them for financial reasons. As someone who understands the service industry, I recognize that waitstaff rely on tips. However, customers should never be asked or pressured for tips. Good service naturally encourages tipping.

One waitress, a tall and thin woman, had a noticeably poor attitude. While she was not the one who asked for a tip, another waitress—shorter in stature and possibly a co-owner—was equally rude. She abruptly snatched the payment pad from one of my family members after they had signed, which was completely inappropriate.

In contrast, there was a third asian waitress—wearing glasses with a round face—who was kind, respectful, and professional. She treated everyone with dignity regardless of appearance. I would gladly tip her and encourage others to do the same. The other two waitresses could learn a great deal from her example.

This was my second visit to your restaurant, and it will likely be my last. I have visited other Chinese buffets in the area where the staff are consistently polite and welcoming, and I would rather support businesses that value customer respect.

When customers come into your establishment, they are spending their hard-earned money and should be treated accordingly. I spent close to $40 during this visit, and had I returned with more family members, that amount could easily have reached $100. Poor service like this costs businesses repeat customers and will hurt in the long run if it continues.

I do not want anyone to lose their job—especially in today’s job market—but retraining in customer service is clearly needed. Tip or no tip, all customers deserve respect. Kindness is often rewarded, sometimes in ways staff may not expect.I remember one young lady was so kind I came back to the restaurant and she did not even expect to get a tip from me and I tipped her. I did not even eat anything but I remembered how kind she was to me and other people. I came back at a time when she did not expect to return the kindness she had shown my family.

There was also an incident involving utensils. When I went to the front to ask for a fork, a waitress yelled, “Yeah?”. This was the tall thin waitress, at me in an aggressive manner. I am a grown man in my 40s, likely old enough to be her father. That type of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. Other people were asking for forks so I was not the only one.

The food itself is good, but good food does not make up for poor customer service. There are many alternatives available, including cooking at home, which I already do. There are other Chinese Buffets in the area so I can always go to another one.

Heck there are enough YouTube videos and products in the market I can cook some Chinese food myself. In fact I have especially, the egg rolls and I’m pretty good at cooking them.

Hey if they like treating people especially senior citzens like that then more power to them. This black man is not giving them anymore of his hard earned money.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues so future customers—especially seniors—are treated with the respect they deserve.

Peace and Egg Rolls,

New Victory

I’ve been coming here for years and always liked the food. Today, Christmas, myself, my friend and my son went for lunch. The “waitress” came, took our drink order and took our plates away. That’s all they do at a buffet. So, I don’t tip. I personally think they don’t deserve it. At a real restaurant, I’m all about a fair tip bc they work hard. Well, this “waitress” hovered over me when I paid. She demanded a tip. I tried to explain I don’t normally tip at a buffet. She was extremely rude so for the sake of peace, I gave her two dollars. I then went to the bathroom and she came back to my table and preceded to talk negative about me to my son and friend! It was very unprofessional and rude! I’m sorry if you don’t make enough money at an all you can eat buffet, maybe get a job where you don’t have to hound people over a tip. And may I remind them, tipping is optional! Probably won’t go there again!

I usually do not leave unfavorable reviews. But, the food was less than acceptable, unseasoned and significantly old. Even the sushi was old enough to be chewy. There was no one handling hibachi grill. The dishes and silverware were not cleaned.

Wonderful buffet complete with sushi and desserts. Plenty of American favorites as well as usual Chinese fare. Great selection, always fresh tasting. The staff are constantly replacing foods that are in need. Very quick to clear one’s plates from the table and check on beverage refills. Highly recommended.
