Food was good (look at the sizzle on the video ), a bit pricy but not too bad when shared between friends.
The seasoned meats were really well marinated too! Service was good as they corrected any mistakes they made but they should invest in a new booking system. We booked for the right restaurant for the right time and day but it didnt appear on the system and I was made to think the mistake was on our end until my friend who made the booking sent the screenshot of the confirmation so I could prove our innocence and luckily get a table because someone else didn’t show up for theirs. Knocked off a point on atmosphere because they had 1 unisex toilet and I went in after a guy came out who had peed all over the seat and I was left to clean it up un order to use the loo. I know it’s the fault of the other customer but it left me kinda grossed out

Nice food and excellent service; the staff are friendly.
However, the back area and the toilets were quite dirty, and there was a lot of grease from the BBQ. There was an open trash visible by the till. The restaurant would benefit from more thorough cleaning.

This is my first visit this time. I personally feel that the food tastes good and the waiters are attentive and polite. The overall taste of the food is a little sweet and different from ordinary traditional Korean restaurants. To me, it feels good and appetizing. The price of Korean BBQ pork is indeed on the high side. If you think it is expensive, you can go back to the ordinary food. The reason why I gave it four stars is because the rice was reheated or undercooked. Later I told the waiter that he changed it to another bowl and gave it to me. I was completely different. I hope the restaurant can always maintain the quality of food.

I had an amazing experience on Friday night, the food was incredible, we had the BBQ with the beef selection which was delicious, plenty of meat and it all had so much flavour! We had a few bits on the side including the Soy Garlic Korean Fried Chicken- incredible!!! We also had the Kimchi Jeon which had a great flavour. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and although it was busy the food was served quickly. Josh looked after us and he was amazing, took us through the menu and gave great recommendations. Really recommend this place, I will definitely be back!

Wow what a feast. Cook your own meats on the table so you get it just as you like it. Fabulous Korean flavours, very authentic. Love it.
My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Our waiter, Josh, who was also the manager, was very attentive and chatted freely to us. Such a lovely young man. Will definitely go again and maybe try the covent garden one. FABULOUS!

The food was good, recommend it. But the service charge it’s too high and the guy who works there should be more hygienic and wear a beard net if dealing with food not only hair net. I’ll attach photos. And the water should be served straight away as customers sit at the table, and the price for side dishes is too high. The salad leaves for the bbq should be more generous as the few leaves they gave us were not enough for the meat.

My first impressions of the restaurant itself, was that it was slightly on the smaller size but the interior was beautiful and cozy. I loved the interior and overall style.
I was really impressed with the quality of everything! Less is more when it comes to ordering food here. The portions are huge and presented really nicely too. The service was fantastic. The manager Josh was great, talking us through how everything works. Which cutlery you use for the raw and cooked meat etc.
From a paying customers point of view it is slightly on the more expensive side. Everything came to around £90 which is great if you’re wanting an expensive dinner date meal. It’s less of a lunchtime place. Even though they do have some great choices for lunch.
We ordered The spicy chicken, Beef Bulgogi, Ribeye steak and king prawns to cook on the BBQ. My favourite was definitely the ribeye steak and king prawns! Everything was tender and really good quality meat. I definitely would recommend giving yourself more time to relax to enjoy the cooking experience, as it can be longer then expected. The ready to eat Korean fried chicken was unbelievable! Our absolute favourite things on the menu! Cooked so well and so many great flavours.

Good food but very poor service. They left the tables uncleared after the guests and only cleared when new guests come in and made them wait for 15-20 minutes. We saw some guests leaving from the door due to this. Food took ages to arrive. The whole place was hot, humid with strong condensation; you can feel the smell in your hair and clothes afterwards. There are far better places than this.

Visited today for lunch staff were very accommodating and polite. Food was a nice portion and was presented nicely and tasted amazing. The atmosphere was chilled and music was nice. I cant rate the two staff that were on when we visited ones in a picture and the other was a blue haired lady. Everything was amazing and I look forward to revisiting.
