I really wanted to love this spot, especially with Poached across the street being so packed, but the experience was a total mixed bag.
The Good:
The food is legit. I ordered the Chilaquiles Verde with Asada and they were delicious—tasty, flavorful, and the steak was cooked well. The kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing when it comes to the plate.
The Bad:
The wait is absolutely brutal. To be fair, they did warn us that there would be a wait, but “forever” is an understatement. The service overall felt lackluster and sluggish. Honestly, by the time we actually got our food, I realized I probably could’ve just waited it out at Poached and been seated in the same amount of time.
The Weird:
They don’t have a public restroom. Even more frustrating? They told me I could only use the restroom after I had already paid my bill. It’s a pretty inconvenient policy when you’ve already been sitting there for an eternity waiting for your food.
Verdict:
They have a huge opportunity to win people over who don’t want to deal with the crowds across the street, but the slow service and restroom situation make it hard to rush back. Go for the chilaquiles if you have zero plans for the rest of your afternoon, but be prepared to wait.

I was looking for ‘restaurants near me’. Saw Yolys and asked opinion of a stranger: “Go There. You will be glad you did!”.
He was spot on Right.
I was met by the very pleasant Monica.
She answered all my questions and I settled on the Super Burrito.
Such a large portion! Full of tasty shredded chicken and a blend of very diverse ingredients.
Monica was there often to top off coffee and see if I needed anything.
The restaurant was clean, and inviting.
My cook, i did not get his name, but a friendly man who obviously knows how to prepare, and present. A meal.
Very nice stop. Enjoyed it, (just as the stranger i met, said I would.)
NOW…As for that Burrito, I cannot believe I ate it all, but I could not stop.
Definitely gonna take a nap now lol 🙂

Ordered chilaquiles with chicken and eggs over hard. Instead I got steak and somewhat runny eggs that were sort of over hard. Service was strange. A mixture of good and weird. The chilaquiles were just ok. They were nice and crunchy but the sauce was weak. They are nice though. Nice enough to make you un spicy sauce if you ask for it. The steak was good lol but I ordered chicken. I didn’t say anything. Just ate my steak lol. I’m not coming back.

$4 for EACH taquito is definitely overpriced and lacked flavor. Definitely using frozen vegetables in their rice, and overall lacked flavor. Fish had an over powering fishy smell, most likely because it wasn’t fresh. Taste was kind of blan and mildly pasty, not to mention at $18!!

Over priced! I ordered a simple breakfast that shouldn’t be more then 8 bucks and I got charged 15 and change. They’re nice and food is good but too expensive! Lower your prices so you can get more clients.

I’ve eaten here several times and the service is friendly and attentive. The food is authentic and delicious!! My Mexican friends always yell at me when I post pictures and I didn’t invite them to eat with me! Good portions and The complimentary chips and salsas are great!!!

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Had a late crave for Nachos Supreme, arrived when restaurant was closing, despite of that, the attendant took the order That’s what I call great customer service.
