The servers and staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable with their friendly service and warm attitude. The food was exceptionally great, every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. On top of that, there are daily specials available that makes the experience even better, offering amazing value for such high-quality food and service. Overall, everything from the staff to the meal exceeded expectations.

The salmon sashimi was the best we ever had.
Lots of rolls here, some more traditional than others. All of them look so good they are like works of art. You almost don’t want to eat them but when you do, you have no regrets.
Great selection of Japanese beer.

I was visiting from Calgary and I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The staff spoke Japanese, which immediately gave me more confidence in the food. Here is what we ordered and my thoughts:
Miso soup: was a generous portion for the $2.50 price, not too salty, and quite flavourful. The only thing I would change is to cube the tofu bits to be a bit bigger, but that’s just my personal preference.
Deluxe Sashimi: was delicious! It came with 2 pieces of red tuna, 2 pieces of salmon, 2 pieces of white tuna, 2 pieces of ebi, 2 pieces of tako (octopus), 2 pieces of unagi, 2 pieces of hamachi (yellowtail), 2 pieces of toro (tuna belly), and 4 scallops. All pieces tasted fresh (or as fresh as we can get in Alberta) and the pieces were all reasonably-sized.
Cherry Blossom Roll: I’m usually not into sauces, but the kiwi sauce actually paired fairly well with the roll, and it was used in a reasonable portion. The avocado, salmon, and tuna all blended well together. The seaweed salad was a bit odd and I could’ve done without that part, but overall it was a tasty roll.
Vancouver Roll: I love the avocado, mango, salmon, and tuna combination. This would’ve been an exceptional roll, but the rice felt a bit dry.

Amazing sushi, I’ve been to places half as good and twice as expensive, so their value is great! Drinks were refilled so quickly I didn’t even notice they were low, so service is impeccable.

Delicious appetizers especially the ebi chili mayo and chicken nanban. Sashimi was super fresh and tasted great. Loved that they had Orion beer. Server was very attentive and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

After 3 years we plan to re visit this restaurant from little bit disappointed from past, but i can say that they got me this time we revisited.. food is excellent.. serving size is reasonable for the price. Food that we order is accurate and wow’ed our eyes for presentation.. taste wise with a chef kiss.. just the service, got little disappointed, no servers check us back to ask hows our food, but anyways food got us..
Restaurant and washroom is clean. They always practicing sanitation as i see.. thank you.. we will be back soon…
