Absolutely some of the freshest, most delicious food I’ve had pretty much anywhere. The staff is fun and friendly and the portions are on par with what you expect at a typical sushi restaurant.

Still the best little sushi spot in Portland! Always spot on! The Taka’s Tuna is a shining star appetizer that I get everytime. Never had a single complaint. It’s tony and fills up fast. They are only open 4 hours for dinner and it’s packed the whole time so show up early. If you’re solo or a duo, sit at the bar and watch the magic! Staff is attentive and friendly! A must for anyone visiting Portland!

This is our favorite sushi in all of Portland. Yoko, Jim, Greg, Rob and the whole team are incredible- so kind, and skilled. Well worth the wait. Our favorites are: salmon chili crunch, unagi nigiri is the BEST, takas tuna, tamago, yokos special roll, lotus special (when they have it on specials), and we always have a bottle of nigiri. This restaurant is so special we come here for celebrations and regular weekday meals. We wanted to be the 500th review, we love you guys!
