Walked in as a party of 7 and we were sat immediately. Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere just because we were the only table there so we didn’t bother anyone.
I came to try the ramen flight and both the So-I curry and Creamy broths were my favorite! You’ll want to drop the proteins in quickly and mix so you don’t end up with cold meats like I did. The Buldak omelette was an interesting dish but we enjoyed it overall!
Service was decent overall. I think they did forget a couple of things but it wasn’t a big deal. We all agreed we would visit again based on this experience.

Tried the ramen flight and it was perfect for the three of us. There were spicy broth and not spicy ones. Couldn’t finish everything but happy to have tried all of them. No wait time on a Friday evening and even got a free beer from a gentleman! Will be back to try the tomahawk steak next time.

I have been coming to Yokohama Noodles for a while now, and it never disappoints. The signature chicken miso soup is packed with flavor and does not need any extra chili.
The beef combo soup was also a hit. It reminded me of pho, but with a different flavor profile. I have tried the tomahawk steak before too, and it is incredible.

Best ramen I have ever had. I’m bummed that I haven’t been able to find anything similar to the yohama So-I curry chicken in Northwest Arkansas so I’m already planning a trip back. Exceptional service, nice clean restaurant. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place with vegan noodle soup options. I tried Shoyu Vegan Soup, which was delicious. Lots of green veggies in it, noodles and hot flavorful broth. The restaurant wasn’t busy for a midweek early dinner. Perfect for being able to have a conversation or coming with a bigger group. Great, fast and friendly service. Plenty of free parking out front and in the garage below.

Came in to try the ramen flight. It was quite interesting. Pic online looks like they are cup of noodle sized but they’re slightly bigger. This could feed 3 comfortably. The calamari appetizers was delicious. My daughter enjoyed the katsu chicken curry.
Atmosphere got a 3 star just because there is a swamp cooler and fan running…I understand but not a fan of eating hot soup with a swamp cooler. If tgat doesn’t bother you, it’s all good.

The salmon was just ok, next time I’m definitely trying the Ramen Flight! The service was impeccable. It’s pricey but so is everything right now. Definitely visiting again.

Heard good things about this place located in Chinatown just off the strip. Decided we would give it a try. If there was a six star rating here I would give it for the food. Absolutely amazing. Had the tomahawk steak with the black garlic noodle soup. Portion was huge and very tasty. My wife had the teriyaki salmon bowl. Both dishes were incredibly tasty. Like I mean absolutely delicious. Price point was very reasonable and great service. Highly highly recommend this hidden gem.
