Ordered the tempura vegetable combo. It came with one piece of onion one small slice of zucchini and the rest dry potato. I called to request an order of Different veggies and they refused to accommodate and told me there was nothing they could it would do. Also refused to let me speak to a manager and told me i was sol because there would be no manager in until after the new year. I don’t believe asking for a new order of veggies is asking for much.

This western hot spot is pretty good for a variety of quick, casual asian-themed foods! I loved that there’s a variety of options in one location, and the place was neat and clean. Read the menu carefully and ask questions if unsure, because I totally misunderstood when I ordered something based on the picture, and not the description. Still, the staff was very friendly and helped me get the perfect side. I’m normally not one to waste food, but I did today, because it comes with so much rice.

Very disappointed and upset with my experience this evening. I placed my pickup order through their website. When I got there the young man at the counter “Andrew” couldn’t locate my order. I proceeded to show him I received a confirmation text and that the text provided a link to view my order. He then told me that I needed to show him an email for my order. I didn’t have an email because I ordered on their website. I told him the text came from DoorDash. He then told me they never got my order. I told him I’ve already paid and tried to show him the order again. He them accused me of creating something on my phone to look like an order just to get free food. I was like are you serious… He vented that someone last week did that and he gave them the food only to later find out it was a fake. I told him, I had nothing to do with his experience last week and told him Ive already paid for my order. He refused to listen or even look into the text I received with the link to view my order. He proceeded to insult me and said if I want a free meal to go to the homeless shelter down the street. I told him I’m not looking for a free meal but rather the meal I paid $35 for. He then told me to leave or he would call the police. I told him to call the police. He instead phoned his boss (good decision) who eventually found my order. Andrew then handed me my food and walked away. Didnt apologize for anything he said. The whole experience made me lose my appetite. Worst customer service ever!!!

What a shame. I drove 7 minutes to place an order and they said they are closed even if they close at 9pm they won’t take orders after 8:45pm. When I worked at restaurants, we take any order and any customer until the time we closed which is the time posted on the door and websites online not before. This people start getting ready to go home one hour before they are suppose to close. Also, they don’t take orders over the phone anymore. It has to do online which prices are higher.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yogis Grill for lunch and was blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. The menu had a great variety of options, but I highly recommend the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Chicken Katsu Bowl, Gyoza, Crunch Roll, and Salmon Teriyaki Bowl.

I accidentally ordered the wrong bowl so I went back to ask for an add on and the guy at the counter was very rude. I wasn’t asking for free I paid for it but I will never go back. I’m sue his name was Andrew.
