If you’re into Chicken Katsu, this location has the best! Gave a rating of 4 stars because they always have news on the TV and this day and age, it can be very polarizing. They also need to disable the “add tip” feature on their cash register. What’s the point in touchless systems if your have to touch the system? And why would I tip for no table service?

I love going to another location In Mesa so I thought I try this now that I live closer. I’ve been in about Three times and every single time it’s the same lady in the front and she is so rude when I try to Put my order in which is just 2 teriyaki bowls.every single time. They don’t answer the phone in the afternoon. When you called, you get a busy tone. This is the 3rd time!! You would think that the reason why is because they’re busy. But when get you to the restaurant, hardly anybody in there. And when you asked, they don’t have an answer!

I’ve tried numerous times to keep ordering thinking every time my food would be good but no. Today is the last day I order from here again. Staff lack customer service it’s like it’s an inconvenience to ask for sauce. Every time my teriyaki bowels have been the same. Dry meat every time. It’s like the meat sits for hours and loses all its freshness and becomes hard. Due to the lack of customer service and the food not ever being fresh I will never come here again.
