At the first-time, my wife and I ordered the noodles and meat. Today we had their burgers. Both orders were large portions; didn’t skimp on that, you can tell the patties were fresh and it didn’t fall apart. Fries were were well seasoned. Sit in restaurant quality on both dishes.

We happened upon this restaurant today and are very glad we did. We got the double smash burger, hibachi chicken, two different rolls of fried sushi and Gyoza. Nothing disappointed and we will surely be back. The wait time was very reasonable. The food was very fresh and very hot. I would highly recommend.

DELICIOUS! Awesome little hibachi truck with outdoor seating. Best crab rangoon I think I’ve ever had! My wife had the DF California roll, I had the kamikaze room and my kid had the lo mein noodles with chicken. Huge portions for the price. Had half the roll and were stuffed! 100% recommend Yogasaki if your in the area. They also have smash burgers if hibachi isn’t your thing. Give them a try!

Oh my! Best burger ever! Beef is delivered daily and freshly ground on site. Shrimp is seasoned perfectly. Absolutely delicious. So fun to sit out on the little patio and hear the cook softly singing! They can sing to me anytime! So glad to find this food truck treasure in Rogersville!
