Good home cooking. I hit when their meatloaf was on daily special. They need to make this a menu item. Yum! I love their green beans and I never say that. . Another item here. You never see in regular restaurants is apple butter. Staff is very dutiful taking care of you right away. Highly recommend

When we arrived, we were told to sit anywhere so we did. We walked past a young girl who was delivering food to a table behind us then went to the back and we never saw her again. The young man who greeted us went to the table across from us to see if they needed drink refills then when he returned he stood and visited with them. While he was visiting with two gentleman who already had their lunch, another young girl brought drinks to a couple seated across and behind us and returned to the back and we never seen her again. When the young man who greeted us and told us to sit anywhere finished his conversation, he asked the table behind us if they needed drink refills. It had been 10 minutes and we had no menu’s or acknowledgment that someone was interested in serving us so we left and went to the Old Street Diner where we were greeted and served a delicious meal in a happy to see you and serve you environment.

We finally tried Yoder’s and it was okay… I had the Roast beef sundae minus the sour cream and tomato. It was good. My wife just did the chicken strip basket.

We weren’t impressed to the point we would say we definitely will go back. It was nothing to write home about.

It wasn’t what I was expecting. I thought it would be more country food, but it was mostly Mexican. Don’t get me wrong I like Mexican food. But I was expecting Amish food. What we had was good. The service was good. Friendly people.

Chicken fried steak was great, real mashed potatoes, homemade rolls, and the greenbeens were great. Best place we have found to eat in the area.
