My feelings are actually hurt because i went out of my way to put a note under “special instructions” no cheese PLEASE AND THANK YOU – and after driving all the way there and then driving all the way back home i excitedly open up my pasta dish starving ready to eat and the freaking thing has parmesan CHEESE sprinkled all over it. It feels almost deliberate and intentional. My brother is eating it while i now have to make a sandwich. I’ll never go back to this place ever again. AND I GAVE A 25% TIP. These people really got me good. This has ruined my whole night. Ynot Italian? THIS IS WHY NOT EVER AGAIN!!!!

I love local restaurants because of places like these. I’ve been to this location twice. My waitress from the previous time recognized me! Food has been delicious and consistent. I recommend their Stromboli, cannoli, and chicken bacon ranch sub.

Food was excellent! Only 4 stars for service and atmosphere because I did take-out/delivery. Driver and person on the phone were polite and respectful. You can’t go wrong with the stuffed rigatoni with ANY sauce. My favorite so far is the Aribiata (sp?) with capers. Awesome!

it was really nice and the service was great! the employees are really chill and make sure you have what you need. i got a sandwich creation and it was really tasty. the womans bathroom looked neat and tidy as well. when you get your drinks they give the kids edible pizza dough to play with while they wait on the food. 10/10 would go again!

I’m done with YNOT. The last time we went we hadn’t been there in 3 or 4 months. We had always found the food and wait staff pretty good – not great, but good enough and of consistent quality to keep us coming back, however, we won’t go back again. My wife and I enjoy a glass of red wine with our dinner and when we each ordered a glass of house cab and asked how much the wine would be we were told by the waitress that it would be $13 and change per glass. What? I’m sorry, $13+ for a glass of house cabernet? I’m not cheap but I’m not paying that for a glass of house cab not even if we were at Steinhilber’s, Il Giardino or Ruth’s Chris, much less YNOT. Man, they’ve gotten full of themselves. We were appalled and said, “never mind” and got up and left without ordering. We won’t be back again which is too bad for them as I’m sure they depend on repeat local patronage.

Biggest “complaint” from the family was that the bread was so delicious that we filled up before the MONSTER PORTIONS of food showed up.
You may think PB&j Pizza is weird or easy… But YNOT is one of the few places that does it correctly!
The chicken parmesan – I’m not sure where they found a 23lb chicken for this portion but it was literally (LITERALLY) two meals in one. Delicious too.
Full sub? Easily feeds two people (or more).
Dessert options are amazing. And they do it correctly… They don’t fill the cannoli until after you order.
Digital menu was the strangest part.
We came. We are. We left with an entire take home meal for the family.

I have been a Ynot customer for years. I have been completely dissatisfied the past two times I’ve came here. I ordered online last night and received a burnt pizza on the bottom and garlic knots so hard I could use them as a rock. I called and came back the next day for my replacement meal and the pizza is burnt again. Pictures below. I will not be coming back to this location. It has went down hill and I will drive to the VA beach locations for better food and service only because I love Ynot pizza. I have wasted gas twice and I’m very upset my family has missed out on two meals due to this big inconvenience.
Update: After two failed attempts to remake my food, I was offered a $25.00 gift card less then the amount of my food and I was told I couldn’t get a refund, only a gift card. I didn’t accept the gift card due to the lack of professionalism. I am completely done with this YNot location. They haven’t had a General Manager in over two years and it shows.

Have had takeout pizza (which is stellar) from here many many times, but this was my first time actually eating in. It was quite busy when we got there, and a few seconds after being seated one of the managers came over to apologize in advance for any delays because they were swamped, but the teamwork with the staff is so good, we hardly noticed…they really worked as a well oiled unit and everyone helped everyone. The staff was on point and friendly, and the food was out of this world. We will definitely be back!

Got garlic “Rolls” as an appetizer, the full order(AMAZING)!!
Then as entrees my wife got the “Cheese Ravioli” and she loved it!
I got the pepperoni Stromboli, and it was delightful.
Even later in the evening, I threw it in my air fryer, and it was just as good.
I added some picture, it’s a little tricky to find, but if you look at the video of the entrance, it shows which turn you make if your coming off Laskin!

Me and my fiance were very happy to find this place. We order the little class appetizer that it our opinion was the star of the meal. For dinner I had spaghetti and class with a white wine sauce and he had a create-your-own pasta with fettuccine a la vodka. Both were very good as well. Our server and hostess were both friendly. We will definitely be coming back.
