We ordered the bone broth brisket soup, kimchi tofu soup, and beef kimchi. The kimchi soups were especially impressive—rich, flavorful, and packed with a satisfying level of spice. Since I prefer milder dishes, the bone broth brisket soup was the highlight for me: hearty, comforting, and even better with a pinch of the table salt to bring out the flavor. When my Korean friends in Portland tell me that I need to travel to Federal Way for the best seolleongtong in the NW, then I will make a way. The first taste transported me back to Seoul. The broth is so comforting and nourishing. Both the cabbage and the radish kimchi are very fresh and delicious. And don’t miss the seafood pajeon! The crisp outside texture and the thickness of the pancake were right on. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Really can’t wait to go back!

This food is amazing and the restaurant is extremely clean and the customer service I received was beyond 5 stars! I got the spicy beef soup, flavor on point. You get both rice and noodles to add and two kimichi’s! I have plenty left over for a second meal! I will be going here again soon.

I think South Tacoma Way is Pierce County’s best food street and this restaurant might be a top 3 restaurant on that street! Hearty, soul warming, soups and crispy tangy house-made kimchi. This restaurant is great for groups large and small. I need to come back and try those steamed meat platters.

Very clean restaurant, plenty of seating, fast service and delicious food.
Our server was very polite and friendly. Ordered the dumplings, spicy tofu soup and brisket soup.
The sides taste fresh and this for me was big! The water tastes clean, very clean and if you know then you know.

Great spot for a hangover or a cold day when you just want something warm and comforting. This location looks more modern compared to the one in Federal Way. The service was good, and the staff were friendly. The portions are generous so you definitely get your money’s worth. Overall, it’s a solid place for soup

Im from out of town and found this place on Google. It is absolutely incredible, so authentic and delicious. The service was just amazing and the ladies were so sweet. I dont know alot about traditional korean food but im hooked. They even showed me how to slowly add the salt to the bowl of soup. The kimchi was to die for! When im back in town im coming back for sure.

Very yummy comfort food. Satisfied the craving I’d been having for some time. The service could be improved upon though. Our server was very nice, but hardly checked on us despite the restaurant being empty and we had to continuously wave her down for refills and assistance. Will still be back and already craving it again

Had this place saved for a long time and finally visited. Place was nice and clean as soon as you walk in and welcomed right away as well. The food was delicious. Husband had the cold noodles and broth was refreshing and plenty of noodles. I had the beef bone broth soup with lots of glass noodles and a hearty amount of meat as well. Soup stayed hot/warm till the end! And as a bonus we tried their handmade steamed dumplings and they were almost the same taste as grandma’s!
100/10 Will be back again to try the rest of the menu!
