Highly recommend the black truffle sliced pork cheung fun and the chive & shrimp cheung fun — both well balanced and full of flavor without being heavy.
The beef brisket noodles were comforting and satisfying as well.
A great spot for authentic Cantonese comfort food. Would return.
YIN JI CHANG FEN 銀記腸粉 is well-known for its famous Guangzhou-style fresh rice noodle rolls (腸粉), congee, and classic Cantonese snacks. This place brings comfort and authenticity in every bite.
Their rice rolls are soft, smooth, hand-crafted, and freshly made to order. Each one is a single flat roll, filled with savoury goodness and perfectly paired with their congee.

The hongkong tea is good. Fragrant and not too sweet. Big fan of this drink.
Must try dish when eating at this place.
Queue is quite long. Better come during odd hours – off lunch hours.
Restaurant is small so quite packed for wheelchair or toddler trolley
Truffle shrimp and pork rice roll had a firmer wrap , almost like a hofun Dimsum. It tasted really good. I will say truffle flavor is not as prominent.
Beef noodle soup- the chunks for beef were very tender and are right bite sized bits.
I will order it again.
The ice milk tea – looks fancy served with ice around it. It is $6+ and does not taste any different than other milk tea I had. Though I have to admit it looks nice the way it is served.
Congee is quite popular , although the flavor is a bit bland at first. You’ll have to add a bit more seasoning to make it more palatable.
I wasn’t feeling well that day, and their food honestly warmed me up, gave me energy, and made me feel so much better. A perfect spot for delicious, comforting Cantonese food. Highly recommend!
