Order chicken and shrimp teriyaki and they didnt even add any shrimp. Also didn’t get a good portion of chicken. So I was mostly eating rice and noodles. They also don’t got the famous yum yum sauce! So you would have prepare to have your own at home! Disappointed

Food doesn’t taste the same. The sauce on the chicken is like watered down now!!!!! The guy at the register, I don’t believe really understands you. He’s placing tooth picks in your box but I believe he doesn’t understand every your saying! Than the guys at the end of the line; wanna get a attitude when you say oh I was supposed to have shrimp in there to. I’m showing them the receipt, but they still wanna ignore you and prepare the next box!!!!! Not the same how it was before. I do see more ppl not wanting to go there anymore!!!!!! And it’s getting way to expensive!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years. Out of every place I’ve been to that serves chicken teriyaki, the midway mall location is the best by far. The sauce they use is just perfection. I can never eat the whole meal in one sitting and even after reheating it’s still delicious. The rice doesn’t get soggy from the sauce unlike the North Olmsted location. But I normally have to take a couple fresh cooked bites before leaving to eat elsewhere. So if you’re looking for some good food for 10$-15$, this is the place to go.

I’ve been going to this place since I was 12..Sakio Japan it was called. Awesome Food and they give you a lot. Seems to be clean and I watch, I watched today if they were using the same spatulas with Raw Chicken and Cooked Chicken and they didn’t. Lol I’m OCD with Food. They did good for what I see

The food is delicious. The price is reasonable. However, I am not sure about hygiene, but the employees were all wearing masks and hats. The mall, where the store is located, looks like it is already ruined. When I arrived at the parking lot, I thought the navigation was wrong.
