Fairly average hot pot. Soup is flavorful. You get to specify the level of spiciness but is is way less spicy than you ask for. $13.99/lb is expensive if you get mostly vegetables. Service is rather non-existent other than delivering your soup bowls to the table. The sauce area is very dirty from others dripping sauce everywhere. When they prepare your bowl the noodles are way overcooked and soggy. I would rather have hotpot at a restaurant where you cook your own.

The food is really good but the guy wearing black at front is really rude. He shouts and talks so impolitely. He was yelled at us and made us so uncomfortable as other guest were surprised too because of his unpleasant behavior. I understand it’s busy and you are under pressure but I think we don’t deserve such kind of behavior. The one star at service is only because of that guy because he ruined our entire vibe. Apart from him I think everyone is really good and nice

I’ve been looking for a place to get close to the personal hot pot place I tried in Taipei a couple of years ago and this is it! We both got the mala dry pot (no soup) and the flavor was fantastic. There were a good number of szechuan peppercorn making it nice and numbing. The selection of meats, vegetables, noodles, etc. was much larger than the usual place we go. And the sauce bar had way more options too!

Go in, put your name on the wait-list and wait for them to give you a table. Then you can go up and grab your food and get it weighed. They’ll bring it to you by matching the number on a keychain thing. Pay at the end.

I have been wanting to try this hotpot place and finally got to go this weekend. I came around 12pm and there wasn’t a wait to get your table. The employee first assigns you a table and then you can grab a bowl and start choosing your hotpot ingredients.

They have lots of options for vegetables, meat, and other hotpot toppings. I would say their noodle options are a bit lacking though. They have beef, lamb, and seafood options. A lot of Asian vegetables and others like mushrooms, baby corn, etc.

After choosing, you give it to the employee to weigh and choose your soup. After that, they give you a key tag with your bowl number. You can also order their drinks and other side dishes here. I got the tomato broth since it is the only non-spicy broth and I wasn’t sure how mild their mild is. I also ordered the brown sugar rice cake ($6.5).

Then you walk inside and find your table and make your sauce as the sauce station. They have plenty of tables and the seating area is designed nicely and atmosphere is comfortable.

The food was ready in less than 10 minutes. The broth tasted a lot like tomatoes and wasn’t super special. The ingredients I chose were cooked well and did taste alright. I can’t tell if the beef slices is good quality but it was quite fatty. And the brown sugar rice cakes were pretty good, not too sweet and fried nicely.

I would consider coming back another time with other family to try another broth and see if that was better. I do like their hotpot system where you pay by weight so you pay for exactly how much you can finish and what it weighs. Their service is also pretty good, employees are friendly with good attitude.

The food is generally good, and they offer an large variety of ingredients options. However, the pricing is high since items are charged by weight but seems a bit off (weight the bowl too). It feels more expensive compared to other similar places. The Thai soup, in particular, tastes more like instant noodle broth. The restroom facilities are very dirty, though the tables are clean and well-maintained. The restaurant automatically includes a tip in the bill, which I didn’t appreciate. The staff are not friendly; they feel very robotic and impersonal. Overall, I’d likely go elsewhere for hot pot.

I like this place. $13.99 per pound of food. You get to choose all your toppings. I recommend going heavy on the meats and light on the carbohydrates. That’ll be the best bang for the buck. They also have frog meat if that’s your lingo. I tried their beef bone broth and I like it a lot. I’d come back again.

**UPDATE**
Just a heads up. If you can’t eat mild this place won’t be for you. They can’t alter the broth. The only option is the tomato broth which is no spicy.

Awesome place to get a group of people together for hotpot! Friendly staff and fast service. Clean and spacious interior, lots of parking available. The setup is pretty typical, you get a large bowl you can put a bunch of ingredients in, they’ll weigh it/charge you, you pick a soup base, then they cook it for you and you can go to the bar to create your own sauces to dip in. We tried the mala (numbing spice) dry pot. It was pretty strong on the mala side but blended nicely with all the other sauce options. You can ask for rice too. The veggies, meat and carbs were cooked well. Drinks were pretty cheap. Lots of bang for your buck when you split the bill with family and friends. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Food was absolutely amazing! They have so many choices to create your own spicy hot pot. I was so impressed about their selection and uniqueness. Price was very reasonable, they charged by the weight. I was not expecting the drink, but strawberry tea slush was surprisingly good. Overall I had the best spicy hot pot in town and it was really authentic. They have so many seats inside and it is really clean. Definitely will come back!
