Got it for lunch and the bourbon chicken tasted burnt with quite a few burnt pieces in it. The rice tasted funny also.
My daughter and granddaughter were with me and they said the same. $36 for nothing, I threw it in trash.
Talked to short guy there and he wasn’t very nice, full of excuses. Asked to talk to manager and they directed me to Cajun grill, he was at counter there. He obviously runs both places. No satisfaction with him either, they definitely tell you no refunds though.
I’m not one to complain but this was total garbage.
Never again and I will definitely tell others.

Purchased a plate from here and the server made sure to place all the crumbs and juice from the orange chicken all over my plate. No standard sized pieces of orange chicken, only the crumbs. I couldn’t change my palate as orange chicken crumbs and juice was all over everything. I know we are in hard times but come on man, we are paying customers! This is ridiculous!

This is the BEST Chinese food I’ve ever had! I got the Lotus Box for $10.62 and I was struggling to find the change in my purse so the cashier was nice enough to knock 15 cents off They made sure to put a TON of food in the takeout box and I just loved the atmosphere in general. Again, the food was AWESOME I will definitely be getting food there again. (Me and my friend both ate from one takeout box, and we still had a decent amount of food left over.)

I was at Lotus today and witnessed an incredibly disappointing situation. A customer was patiently waiting in line when someone blatantly skipped ahead of them and acted disrespectfully. What was even more shocking was that the employees saw what happened but chose to ignore it. Instead of addressing the issue or ensuring fair service, they went ahead and served the person who cut the line before the rightful customer.
Other people in line also noticed what happened, yet the staff claimed they didn’t see anything. It was frustrating to watch because good customer service means paying attention to what’s happening and treating everyone fairly. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. I will never visit this place again. As a business owner myself, this showed the lack in customer
service.

Mall food is typically overpriced and poorly proportioned. But not here! My plate was so full that I could eat off of it twice. That’s two meals for under $10. The food was high quality and the lady serving us was really nice. We will be back!
