I think I’m in a committed relationship with these açaí bowls? Absolute perfection in a cup. Like yum to the max!! It’s like my taste buds went on a tropical vacation and forgot to take me with them. The truck is adorable, the staff is the coolest and fast, and I feel healthier just standing near it. I typically drive into Heber multiple days each week to get an Acai bowl. Just discovered this food truck so decided to give it a try this morning, and what a frustrating experience! The young man working was very nice, but apparently they were out of many ingredients, so after 20 minutes of waiting, after having my order taken and being charged, I finally got my bowl, but missing half the ingredients. Hopefully this was a one-off. I’ll give it one more try.
7/30-gave it a second chance and had a much better experience! Hopefully they will get all the initial wrinkles ironed out and do well, as it’s wonderful to have an option for these bowls in Midway!
