My wife and I were driving through Red River NM, and stopped at YESTERDAY’S DINER for lunch – it was a very delightful, charming, and very tasty experience. I ordered the Reuben Sandwich and my wife ordered the Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato Sandwich – both were really fantastic! Hey – I lived in New York City, and this was definitely a good Reuben! My wife also ordered a lemon meringue pie for dessert, which was also delicious. The atmosphere is very nostalgic 1960s, with walls studded with posters of Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and other retro movie stars, plus a model railroad train and track circling the dining room ceiling along with several vintage military airplane models. The host and server were super friendly, very helpful with food suggestions, and very quick to deliver hot food. It was a very delightful and charming experience, and the prices were very reasonable for such fantastic food. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner every day from 7am to 7pm. Very highly recommended.

Alright, this place was awesome. My family and I went just north of Red River to go hiking and on the way back we stopped to get lunch. My wife and I had the turkey sandwich, my mom had the Reuben sandwich and my kids both had the cheeseburger from the kid’s menu. All of it was delicious. The french fries were also amazing. I had a bite of everyone’s sandwich bc it was just too good. Do yourself a favor and stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

Cute diner in Red River with charming interior touches. Food was OK. They did mix up my malt order, gave me milkshake instead of malt which was later fixed by adding malt to the milkshake and mixing again, it didn’t taste the same as malt though.

Small place but the food looked good. We got dessert to go. Peach cobbler and coconut cream pie. Super good, especially as a treat after getting a Massage.

Great food. The reuben is totally worth it. The burgers looked amazing. I had no room for dessert, but I did check them all out and they look delicious. Small, unassuming diner with great staff service.

We stopped in to eat before our snowmobile tour. This is a family owned business and they are all amazing. From the minute we walked in to the time we left, we felt welcomed. The breakfast sandwich came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. We had a great conversation with Edward while we ate. Definitely put this diner on your list for breakfast and lunch!

Breakfast was delicious. The place was very busy when we got there, but service was still good. Due to social distancing guidelines, big parties coming to eat might have to wait longer to be seated due to limited tables available.

What a fun place to eat! Lots of vintage TV, music and movie decor. Red vintage booths and tables. Very clean. Order at counter, they bring the meal to you. Fast service with a smile. Breakfast Meals are named after cartoons. We had Beatles mugs, others had Carol Burnett, Lucille Ball, or Spiderman. I ordered the Pee Wee Platter.. 1 slice french toast and bacon. We ordered crispy bacon.. it was cooked to perfection! French toast was yummy. Coffee was wonderful. Great way to start the day. Maybe will have to come back for lunch. 🙂

Food was terrible. I ordered the huevos rancheros. It tasted more like chili cheese enchiladas.
Service is terrible. We got yelled at for trying to look at a menu. Thank you to the random patron that got up and started serving coffee.
Atmosphere is very confusing. Sign said wait to be seated, but waited told us to sit then wait in line to order. Another couple was given a device that goes off when it’s their turn to go up and order. Very confusing.
