I got the spicy maki and fire goddess roll. I loved the crunch which was dried onions. It was the perfect addition. The rolls were fresh and the service was amazing. I recommend if you are in the area. The prices were great too!

One of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. We went for the £20 set for two, and it was such an incredible deal for the quality and amount of food. Everything tasted unreal; the miso soup was full of flavor, and the appetizers were all hits (especially the ebi fry and spring rolls). For mains, the chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu were probably the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was delicious, and the portions were really generous for the price. They are also considerate of any food allergies/intolerances you may have. Would 100% recommend to anyone who loves Japanese food

I went for dinner to try the tasting menu and the service was 10/10 with servers refilling our water almost as soon as we ran out and they asked us if we would like a top up of ginger after we ran out as well, the courses came out almost immediately after we finished the last and they cleared our dishes as soon as they were finished.
The food was so tasty- I’d highly recommend Teriyaki chicken as a main because the sauce was delicious.
Also my first time trying a few things like chicken gyoza and Mochi. They were both so so good!
The atmosphere was so lovely, the restaurant wasn’t busy so we could hear ourselves talking. It would be a great place to go eat alone as-well because it is so quiet in there.
They also do take-aways which we noticed while we were eating.
Would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back again.

Service was excellent . Food came quickly, the waitress always kept tap water topped up at the table (which I never see elsewhere), all staff were friendly and attentive.
Food was pretty good and it was very decently priced, especially for Edinburgh and compared to chains like Yo! Sushi. I went for the tasting menu which was a great deal for the amount of food you get and I loved the variety. The lunch deal looks great too.
Would definitely visit again!

The food is very very good. The terijaki rib eye, the sushi, Spring Rolls, Misu Soup and also the Mochis were all very good and *very* tasty. We were there today and two days ago, because it was so tasty. The waitress was very nice 🙂 would eat there again.
