Food was really good, especially considering it was around -40°C in December—exactly what we needed to warm up. I ordered the Khao Soi (curry noodle soup) with egg noodles, and my friend got the wonton soup. We also tried the coconut ice cream (yes even in -40 weather!!!) and mango sticky rice, plus fried rice to go.
Everything was delicious. The location is very convenient, just near downtown. We enjoyed the food so much that we actually went back a second time, but unfortunately found out they’re closed on Sundays. Would definitely recommend!

Yes! Noodle Soup is a mom and pop spot run by an adorable couple who offer hospitality beyond measure. “Pop” patiently explained how to approach every dish we ordered, all of which he thoughtfully recommended. It is evident that they are genuinely passionate about their food and their customers.

This review is specifically for vegan/vegetarians. The food was great and there are lots of options. On the takeout menu there is a vegan/veggie section so ask for that menu. We loved ever dish we got and the iced Thai tea was probably the best one I’ve ever had. The owner is also amazing and very sweet. We had so much fun talking to him! If I ever find myself back in Fairbanks I will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends who visit.

Great food! Excellent fried tofu. Excellent fresh spring rolls. Great pad thai. They have a wonderful selection. The service was on point. The young lady was so nice and helpful. Can’t say much about the atmosphere. Maybe when I was there, the AC was broken? They had a lot of large fans that were kind of noisy running. Not a deal breaker because the food and service were so good! This will become your go to spot. I’ll be back.

Geeez! The best seafood pineapple fried rice I’ve ever tasted, better than what I even had in Thailand! Quality seafood made the price very worthy of your dollars.
As someone who worked as a waitress for several thai restaurants back in Seattle and ate lots of thai food, this place is surprisingly flavorful, got tons of vegetables, even the hard to find veggies. So the food is super authentic.
I think we’ve found our thai food spot in Fairbanks now.

Very cute no-frills family-owned restaurant that I can not recommend enough! Really friendly service, excellent food (HUGE portions so be ready to eat or split with someone)! We tried the noodle soups and the mango sticky rice dessert and everything was amazing

Part of our winter Alaska adventure was sampling the diversity and excellence of Fairbanks dining. Yes! Noodles Soup certainly filled the bill and the stomach. Large vegetarian selection, well prepared and spiced to taste from mild to Thai hot. Fast pleasant service. Nothing like a hot bowl of spicy Thai soup to warm you up when temp is -10. We shared the soup and a noodle dish and both were prepared perfectly. A must-eat on your Fairbanks visit!

A delightful place to get different Thai and Chinese dishes. They have noodle and rice dishes as well as curry. There is a good vegetarian selection. Portions are gross sized. The pad Thai and panang curry were both very tasty. The coconut shrimp had lots of coconut coating on 6 shrimp. The mango sticky rice was a great end to a wonderful meal.

Simple dining. Delicious Thai food! The portion sizes are hefty. Always appreciate when you can customize the spiciness level. The green curry was OUTSTANDING!
